It’s a perfect house for a vacation, 1 short block from the beach and the best restaurants in Long Beach Island. You can enjoy dining in a sunny bright deck and yard or in the bright living room with your family and friends on a 10 seat wood dining table. The kitchen is fully furnished and modern, and there is a barbecue outdoors for summer nights. There is plenty of natural light in the living room and bedrooms enhanced by the soaring cathedral ceilings. Common areas are spacious as well as the bedrooms. Laundry room with new washer and dryer. The kitchen is furnished with two door fridge, new oven and stove, and dishwasher. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas. This house is perfect for a family or a small group of friends and comfortably fits 6 people.

Please note that linen service is not included with this rental. This is pretty standard for the island, since cleaning services cannot do laundry within the tight check-in and check-out windows. You will need to bring your own sheets, bath, kitchen, and beach towels, etc. Blankets and pillows are provided.

Great place to stay!

We love this rental. This is the second year we stayed because the location is beautiful. The layout of the place is gorgeous and it’s beautifully clean. We had the greatest time again this year. This was a perfect location with easy access to anything you could need. John was very easy to communicate with and we greatly appreciated his flexibility in moving our trip one day out. Wonderful LBI Stay!

This house is just perfect! Fully air-conditioned and just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The fully fenced backyard is perfect for guests with pets. We were able to walk to restaurants and a great grocery store! We will definitely be back!

We were immediately comfortable at this home. We enjoyed the convenient location to beach, ice cream, and pizza. We spent time in the spacious fenced yard and enjoyed cooking and playing games in the gorgeous, well-appointed kitchen. Perfect for 2 small families.

A perfect LBI vacation!

Not only was the home clean, bright, well furnished and equipped with convenient easy-to-use technology, but also the fenced in yard and outdoor shower are perfect for families with small children. The location: ideal! Sunrise on the ocean and sunset on the bay a quick 5 minute walk!

We went for 5 days. Nice place. Kitchen was well equipped. Coffee maker and Keurig and espresso machine so you have options. The place was clean. Only suggestion is to bring your own beach chairs. They have some but are well used

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our week in LBI at this property! It was clean, the check in process was seamless and it was a perfect set up for our family. With two little ones we were unsure how the week was going to look with a house they were unfamiliar with but this house had all the amenities we needed and was safe and kid friendly! Our daughter loved playing in the yard and the outdoor shower! Thanks again for a great week and we hope to be back next summer!

Great stay in Harvey Cedars!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. It's airy and comfortable, everything is updated and it's very well equipped, the owner gave very clear instructions on where everything is and how it all works. I love the split-system air, that way everyone can keep their bedroom at the temperature they like! Harvey Cedars is a great location, my two little grandchildren loved the bay beach for swimming as well as the Sunset Park playground. And the ocean beach is beautiful! Thanks for a wonderful quick getaway.

Perfect week at the Jersey Shore!

Your home was wonderful, everything as described and more. A stone’s throw from the beach. Kitchen was equipped with all we needed. Very quiet in the house given that it was on the Main Street. But ice cream across the street. We will always remember this week - my son proposed to his future wife on the beach! Happy memories! Thank you.

Great place to stay!

We celebrated Father's Day weekend here with family and had a wonderful time. John was super responsive ahead of the trip and during the trip. Things we loved about this property: - great big kitchen and kitchen table - nice layout with a private master bedroom on one side with outdoor access and another large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (plus a third bedroom that had twin beds we could easily push together). - everything is labelled clearly in the house (kitchenware especially, which there is a lot of—a huge plus) - washer/dryer in a great laundry room - super close to the beach, and on a part of the island where the beach is super quiet (we felt like we had a private beach at times) - close proximity to markets/coffee shops, etc Things we wish were different: - a little bit of dog hair (although a normal amount for any house that has had a dog in it) - we had to bring down towels and sheets for all the beds, which was tough coming from an NYC apartment where we didn't have a ton of extras, but it was doable since we were driving down in a car Overall, we loved our stay and would love to return next year!
