Welcome to our updated and modern condo directly on our private beach. Spectacular, panoramic, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the gorgeous sunset every evening relaxing on your porch! Restaurants and shopping within walking distance, including Magnolias, which is right across the street and serves lunch and dinner.

The condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Enjoy keyless and easy entry. Our condo is on the second floor and does require walking up a few steps. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler are provided for your enjoyment. Free Cable TV and free WIFI are included as well.

Our condo sleeps 2 and has two full bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer for your use. Free and easy parking for 2 cars.

Children are not permitted. Pets are not permitted.

Beachfront Condo

You can't beat the proximity to the beach for this condo. Although the condo is a cute comfortable unit, we felt there were a few things that kept us from giving it 5 stars. We've stayed at many condos and they usually provide a starter for laundry. We had to purchase our own and ended up leaving the rest because we couldn't bring it on the plane. The beach chairs are old and rusty and there was no umbrella. When I contacted the owner she said they don't provide one anymore and if I wanted one I had to purchase my own. Really? I'm going to purchase my own beach umbrella? So, I have to purchase one for the condo but not the owner. Wow. It would have been nice to hear she was sorry for the inconvenience. The water pressure is very low and the 2nd shower head needs to be replaced. The internet is spotty and when talking on the phone, our calls were breaking in and out. When watching TV, there was a lot of buffering. Being on the first floor, you hear a lot of noises from the guests above you. It's not completely sound proof and that was frustrating, especially at night. The garbage disposal didn't work and we ended up having to dig out what we put down the sink. I told the owner and she said, "ok." The sliding door needs to have a screen on it. You're unable to keep it open and enjoy the sound of the waves and feel the ocean breeze. Doesn't make sense.Overall, we loved being so close to the beach but we won't stay at this condo again.

Reset, Relax and Repeat

This was our first year in 21 years of us not being able to stay in our “home away from home” on the key due to the mass destruction from both Helene and Milton. We decided to book a last minute vacation back to Manasota Key to have closure from where we have stayed and to recharge from a very cold New England winter. We not only recharged but this condo allowed us to have pure relaxation whether it was on the beach or on the porch in a rocking chair. Everything you need is supplied to you. The unit has a comfy and cozy atmosphere to relax after a day in the sun. The condo is walking distance to the restaurants that have all reopened. It will take time for the key to rebuild but it is so worth the trip. One recommendation would be to please have beach umbrellas and newer chairs. We cannot wait to return in the future.

Perfect Beachfront Vacation

This property was the perfect beachfront location for our vacation. It has everything you need to set up housekeeping, with a spacious gulf side balcony upon which to relax between beach walks. The owner provided complete information so that arrival and leaving were easy.

Mother/ Daughter Getaway

My husband and I stayed in Englewood April 2024 and loved it. This time, I needed to make a trip to Florida for a medical procedure and decided to stay again in Englewood. I knew the hurricane had hit the area hard and was hoping there would be properties open to rent, and much to my delight we found this property! Everything was wonderful, including the beaches and the company. There is still so much destruction in the area but I was still able to see the beauty and serenity despite it all. There is something magnificent about nature and what it can create and take away.. I am so thankful this property was available to rent and we look forward to returning soon!

SOOO Relaxing!!

The place is just as it looks in photos. Private beach access with a 15 second walk. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment in the area. We will definitely go back!

Great place on a great beach

The unit is exactly as appears in the listing. The view from the porch is as nice as you can ask for as well. We spent the majority of our time exploring the area and had a blast. This was a great "home base" from which to do so. All of the necessary cooking supplies were present as well as plenty of towels for our beach excursions. I strongly recommend spending some time at Stump Pass State Park. There, we were fortunate enough to swim with manatees on multiple occasions, dolphins as well. Snorkeling by the rock jetty we saw numerous species of fish and dozens upon dozens of sea urchins (who curiously enough all wore multiple seashells as if they needed additional armor.) We were fortunate enough to sea a large gopher tortoise while waking a trail. We were able to witness a baby sea turtle make his way from the nest (almost directly in front of the unit) to the water and even saw a full grown one in the water briefly. This rental proved to be the perfect spot in the perfect location for us!

A great place to stay......With one issue.

We loved this condo. It was very clean well stock and just great all around. The location is very nice as well. We had a great time. With one exception. This condo is below another one. Unfortunately for us the people in the condo above were obnoxiously loud. They started smoking pot early and didn't stop until late. They made absolutely as much noise as they could at all times. I know that the owners of our condo can't do anything about the people above us and I don't fault them for it. Just be aware that if the people above you are inconsiderate it may not be quite as peaceful and relaxing. I still give this place 5 stars.

Paradise

This was our first time staying in this place. It was amazing!! The perfect location, perfect combination of beach (sun) and patio (shade), the front opend up to the patio so we had tons of fresh air. We walked to several different restaurants every night and went to Stump Pass and Middle Beach too. And of course the sunsets were fantastic!! We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful few days and wished we could have stayed longer. The listing was spot on, and I would recommend to anyone staying on Manasota Key. Rikke was very helpful and accomodating.
