Dies ist eine geräumige 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer Einheit mit 2 Lofts, die eine große Gruppe unterbringen können. Es verfügt über ein Master-Schlafzimmer auf der Hauptebene mit einem Kingsize-Bett und ein Schlafzimmer auf der zweiten Ebene mit einem Queensize-Bett. Auch auf der zweiten Ebene ist ein Loft mit einem Queen-Bett und ein Etagenbett mit Full-und Twin-Betten. Es gibt ein zusätzliches Loft mit einem Twin-Bett. Vier Fernseher halten alle Bereiche der Wohnung unterhalten.

Very Comfortable and Convenient Location

Great Home-base for a Family Vacation

The spot exceeded our expectations. My wife and I and 2 daughters really enjoyed the condo. It was spacious enough for the entire family. It was clean, modern and comfortable. Location was great in Mammoth. Highly recommend. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Nice location, family friendly.

This unit has everything that a large family needs for a vacation or ski trip. Remodeled kitchen, thoughtful sleep arrangements, and a generous supply of firewood. Some extra stemware would be nice to have.

Place is ideally located with a great set up, but did not communicate to us that the hot tub had been down for maintenance for over two months and we did see a mouse running around the kitchen

Mammoth getaway

We found the property using Waze GPS. The instructions to find it were clear. Everything was provided-towels, and the beds are very comfortable. There was lots of room but it was only myself, my son and his friend. The kitchen had everything we needed even non dairy creamer to have coffee the next morning. Lots to do like biking, hiking, fishing and kayaking. The surrounding area and the lakes were beautiful. We would like to come back again to the same place next summer with another friend and her son as well.

Great Kocation and Great Condo

This condo was the perfect size and layout to accommodate our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. Condo was well stocked and the location is central in mammoth with a shuttle stop right in front of the property. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Winter Getaway

The condo was everything we had hoped for and more. It is close to everything and, even in the snow, it is a very walkable property. The kitchen was well stocked and had every amenity we could possibly need. If you are considering staying here, do it! You will not regret a getaway weekend here.

Comfy, Spacious, and as-advertised

This property was pretty much exactly as I expected. It was spacious with plenty of room to sleep two families with kids. The wood burning stove got the place toasty on a <15F degree night. It was clean and well set-up for a several day trip to the snow.

Excellent Host !!!

The host was very accommodating and thoughtful when he learned about the snow storm conditions and road closures that occurred during our stay. His place was cozy, clean, tastily furnished, and extremely well-stocked with pretty much everything you'd need during a trip out of town - linens, spices, condiments, a wide array of dishes, etc. My family and I had a very fun, memorable experience here, and we were also very relieved with its close proximity to nearby amenities, such as Vons and restaurants. This is highly recommendable for family out-of-town vacation.

Fourth of July in Mammoth

Very clean and quiet property. Location was great, close to stores and restaurants. The nearby bike trails were awesome with some beautiful scenery.

Clean! Comfortable!

Perfect size for a family with kids. Everyone had their own space. Love how the parking is right outside the front door on ground level. Very close to grocery store and restaurants.

Charming and Comfortable family home away from home

Overall, the unit was clean, spacious, updated and perfectly suited for a family getaway. Mostly all pros including well-stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, easy parking, lots of room. Just a few hiccups accessing wifi (info was not provided and had to track down property mgr), loud heating units and you can hear every movement on the second level from the first level. Very minor compromises given the overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent value

The condo was big and well stocked. There were six beds in total with two of the bedrooms having king size beds and the third bedroom having four beds. Although we only had three people, all of these extra beds allowed our teenager to invite a couple of her friends to stay over one night who were also with their parents in Mammoth that week. The kitchen is also very well stocked with great appliances and cookware. The location was central to both the ski lodges as well as the downtown businesses. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and recommend it to others.

Comfortable, Clean and Convenient Condo

After a bit of a mix-up at check-in, we contacted the owners and they were able to remedy the situation in a timely manner. At the time we were a bit frustrated but after our stay there, we were very happy with the condo. The owners were responsive and accommodating. The location of the condo was convenient, close (walking distance) to the grocery store and heart of town. It was a short drive to the the Mammoth Lakes Basin where we did a lot of fishing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had pots, pans, utensils, small appliances and everything we needed to cook and clean. There was so much room! We slept in the master bedroom downstairs and our teenage kids slept in the beds upstairs. They had their own bathroom which was key. There was another bedroom separate from the kids' beds. THe living and dining rooms areas were great too. Another really important factor was the WiFi service. It worked well. We needed it for the remote learning our kids needed to do online. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

Mammoth always beautiful

The space was great. Fans would have been nice since we had warm days. The ceiling fan in the living room worked great, but the only other fan in 1 bedroom ran slowly. Beds were a bit hard for our liking. Plenty of space and well stocked kitchen for cooking, nice appliances. Eating out wasn't always an option with covid. Within walking distance to grocery store and some resteraunt. Housekeeper showed up a day late to clean. Glad I insisted on wiping down and spraying all surfaces before we settled in.

Cozy property and good management

We have stayed 4 nights in this house for skii trip. Clean property and well maintained. Enough and more than enough prepared bedding, kitchen stuff in the house. We really enjoyed the stay and will surely return if needed next time.

Had a great time at this cozy townhouse. Eight of us (3 parents/5 teens and a 10yr old) fit nicely. Great common area and parents rooms. Kids pile into the loft space with plenty of room. Most of us skiied and the rest enjoyed Mammoth during the day. Snowed while we were there over MLK day and no issues, parking was easy. One thing we needed to do was find the place, know that the road you want is parallel (and behind) Minaret road. Your nav will likely tell you otherwise.

Beautiful condo

Great condo- lovely kitchen remodel! Not as happy with St. Moritz complex- no one in office to answer questions, check out time 11 am but pool doesn't open until 11 am, hot tub not until 3pm. They did let us swim at 10....
