The location is the perfect spot for all your vacation plans. Located in the heart of the Outer Banks, Kill Devil Hills is a town between Nags Head (to the south) and Kitty Hawk (to the north).
Easy driving distance up to the 4x4 Corova Beach or down to Hatteras Island and Ocracoke. Close to dining and nightlife, grocery stores, shopping and some of the best restaurants, our home is close to everything the Outer Banks has to offer.
House is three stories and offers two levels of wrap around decks for amazing views. Stairs may not be suited for small children or those requiring assistance frequently navigating stairs.
RULES: We truly value your willingness and cooperation in helping to keep our home clean, safe and not damaged in any way. Renters and all members of the reservation party agree to the following house rules:
1. Only the individual who booked the reservation can check-in into the home unless a prior arrangement or acknowledgement from the host has been made. Extra overnight guests other than those indicated on the booking reservation are not allowed. Unregistered overnight guests will be charged a $100/guest per night fee.
2. Property is NON SMOKING and NON VAPING and a $750 ozone cleaning fee will be assessed for any smoking. The property is for residential use only and no parties are permitted. If you host a party with unregistered guests you will be charged a $500 additional cleaning fee and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
3. PETS allowed with a non refundable pet fee. We love our furry friends and ask you clean up after them and keep them off the furniture.
4. Early check in may be available upon request. Guest making the reservation will be notified on the day of check in as soon as the property is ready for check in.
5. Late Checkouts are not allowed unless a prior arrangement has been made with the host. An additional $50 will be assessed for every 30 minutes past check out time and after 2 hours of holding the property past the indicated check out time, the guest will be assessed a full night fee.
6. During the booking process, you will be asked to sign our rental agreement. This is a requirement to complete the booking and to stay at the property.
7. Any violation of house rules is grounds for immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
8. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment.
