Enjoy this absolutely amazing two-bedroom, two bath apartment conveniently located right at the foothills of the Sandia Mountains. Walking distance from the best hiking, biking, running trails, brewery, and restaurants Albuquerque has to offer. If you love serenity, the outdoors and beautiful views, this apartment is perfect for you! This cozy apartment was tastefully remodeled and is perfect for the vacationing family, traveling retirees, Balloon Fiesta visitors, or professionals.

The inviting living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a smart TV provided so you can watch any of your favorite streaming services. High speed wireless internet is provided and will support work-from-home and multiple devices streaming at the same time.

The beautifully remodeled kitchen is has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the basic spices and everything you would need to fix an on-the-go meal or cook for your entire family.

The back patio is a serene place to enjoy an amazing view of the city and the breathtaking sunsets that Albuquerque is known for. Lounge and table seating is provided along with your very own propane barbecue grill!
Whether you wish to lounge with friends over cocktails, have coffee in the morning, or have dinner under the umbrella, the huge outdoor is the place to do just that.

The luxurious master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized high-end comfortable mattress, high quality bed linens, and comforters for a blissful nights sleep. More than enough closet space is provided for your convenience. The completely remodeled master bath has a shower and plenty of counter space.

The cozy extra bedroom is equipped with two twin sized beds with high-end bedding and mattresses to provide a comfortable night's sleep. There is plenty of closet space in this room provided for your convenience. The fully remodeled hall bathroom has a tub and a shower to soak all your worries away.

This apartment was recently upgraded to ice cold Refrigerated Air Condition and Forced air heating. Most properties in Albuquerque are cooled by swamp coolers which can have troubles keeping spaces cool enough during high temps or high humidity. You can rest assured, you will be comfortable in our Apartment!

The apartment is also equipped with an oversized washer, dryer and laundry soap for your convenience.

The nearest Albertsons grocery store is located 1 mile from the house. Bridges on Tramway which contains Boxing Bear Brewery and Tako Ten eatery is a short 7 minute walk or from your front door. The best hiking, biking, running, and walking trails are all located out your front and back doors.

The world-famous Sandia Peak Tramway is a short 10-minute drive from the apartment. Ride the tram to the top of Sandia Mountains to enjoy beautiful views of the city of Albuquerque below, access to Sandia Peak Ski Resort in the winter and mountain biking in the summer.

Sandia Resort & Casino is only 15 minutes away, featuring an award-winning golf course open to the public, spa services, restaurants and concerts throughout the year.

Take a quick drive via I-40 to historic Albuquerque Old Town where you can shop the Plaza for authentic hand-crafted turquoise and silver jewelry. Get your fill of red or green chile at many local New Mexican restaurants before heading over to the Albuquerque Museum of Art & History, New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science, and Explora Science Museum for kids of all ages.

You can also head north via I-25 for a short drive up to Santa Fe for a day trip. Or for a more leisurely and scenic drive up to Santa Fe, simply head south on Tramway Blvd. and around the Sandia Mountains to the Turquoise Trail.

If you are visiting for the world-famous Albuquerque Balloon fiesta, the apartment is a short 15-minute drive from the front gate. Balloon pilots from all over the world to fly in this bucket list one-of-a-kind experience. Throughout the rest of the year, head to Balloon Fiesta Park to visit the Albuquerque International Balloon Museum to learn all about the "Hot Air Ballooning Capital of the World".

Location Location Location
This property is exceptionally clean and in great location at the base of the Sandas in the north part of Albuquerque. Nearby there is excellent restaurants and plenty of shopping options. It’s very quiet. The added feature of skylights in the kitchen and master bathroom are very nice change for natural lighting. The owner is very fast to respond to text messages if you have questions or need anything. He’s right on it! You will not be disappointed staying at this property.

False advertisement
Clean apartment with a comfortable bed. Thin walls like a hotel and could hear through to walls. I chose this place because a hot tub was advertised. Once I told the owner about it he said he did have an apartment with one and the one I stayed in wasn't the one. When he asked me what led me to think it did have a hot tub, he deleted it fro amneties. Also ver high cleaning fee.

Quiet, restful location
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment where it was quiet and easy to rest. After a long day on the road, a clean house and a good bed made a perfect landing spot for us. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the privacy of the back patio looking out across Albuquerque. Jacob is a great host and always has answers to our questions. We plan to be back!

Amazing stay
This was one of our best stays yet! The VRBO is very clean and spacious with an outstanding patio and view. Communication was amazing and they even left a sheet of restaurants, events and tourist attractions that they recommend. 10/10 stay.

Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta & Great Balloon Chase 1/2 Marathon
This stay was perfect for what my friends and I needed! We visited Albuquerque for the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta and the Great Balloon Chase 1/2 Marathon. It was about a 20-30 minute drive to both of these locations. The house was very clean and comfortable and it was convenient having a washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen to use. The communication with Jacob was great leading up to and during our stay. Would recommend booking here for your next Albuquerque vacation!

Had a great time, I will stay here again!
The property was newly renovated and had nice choices inside and out. Good location for many activities in Albuquerque including a small parking location at the base of the hills with good walking trails (very close). Beds were great and we didn't have to bring anything but the food. Check in / Check Out was easy. At some point we met the owner in the parking lot (he was working on another unit) and he was super nice, knew the area, asked about our comfort and gave us some recommendations. WILL STAY AGAIN.
