ABOUT THE HOME: This beautiful coastal cottage located in Blue Mountain Beach is the perfect getaway cottage for your beach vacation! When you set foot into this beautiful 2,300 ft. home, you will be greeted by elegant coastal decor, a large kitchen with lots of countertop space, and a separate dining area. There's also a King master bedroom on the first floor making this perfect for multi-generational families. Upstairs are three more rooms including a bunk room that sleeps 4 and an entertainment area for the kids to hang out. After a day of fun in the sun, you can sit back and relax on the upstairs porch swing.
The Lakeside neighborhood has a beautiful community pool for you to enjoy. And Sea Pointe Cottage comes with a 6 seater golf cart and 4 bikes for you to explore 30A and the neighboring beach communities of Grayton Beach and Seaside.
ABOUT THE AREA: Blue Mountain Beach is a coastal community that rests between Santa Rosa Beach and Grayton Beach State Park and is known for its tranquility, many restaurants, and family atmosphere. The natural beauty of the sugar sand beaches, walking, biking trails and adventure await you. Spend your mornings grabbing coffee and pastries from Blue Mountain Bakery and evenings strolling to dinner at Blue Mabel Restaurant. Don't forget to grab dessert, or better yet, don't wait for dessert! Stop by Blue Mountain Beach Creamery after your bike ride or day at the beach to find out why so many argue that it's the best ice cream in town. Sea Pointe Cottage is located adjacent to the Redfish Village where you'll find charming specialty boutiques and dining.
BEACH ACCESS: Lakeside neighborhood is a short walk through the Redfish Village to Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access. There are restrooms, shower, some parking and coolers, wagons and single inflatable toys are permitted, as well as kayaks and paddle boards

• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
