DESCRIPTION
Hillside Hideaway is a lovely Craftsman-style home located in the desirable Muirlands/Birdrock area of La Jolla. Sited on an elevated lot, this property provides privacy, and coastal ocean views and is within walking distance of restaurants and shops.
Indoor/outdoor living is a big part of the allure of this home with a bubbling hot tub, golf putting green, and a private outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The outdoor lounge area is perfect for your morning coffee or evening relaxation and the BBQ and dining space are some of the favorite amenities.
Step inside this lovely and you’ll appreciate the craftsman touches, including vaulted exposed-beam ceilings, framed windows allowing plenty of natural light, beautiful wood and stone finishes, and hardwood floors that create a luxurious yet comfortable feeling.

Bedrooms 2 (queen bed) and 3 (queen bed) share a common bathroom and both have flatscreen TVs and doors to access the outdoor spaces. Bedroom 4 is separate and private and features a king bed.

• This home is in a residential neighborhood with other homes in proximity. Noise should be always kept to a reasonable level and conversations brought inside after 10:00 pm.
• The City of San Diego's Short-Term Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced. Parties and/or noise disturbances will result in a minimum $1,000 fine and eviction with no refunds.
