Condition of property and 360 Blue Customer service
The home we stayed in was beautiful. Great layout for our group. Great location. However the cleanliness of the property was subpar. There was mold growing in the showers. Stained counter tops. Dead bugs on the floor. Stained bedsheets. One bathtub and the ice maker did not even work. In most rooms lamps did not work because the bulbs were burnt out. The ceiling fan blades were covered in dust and have not been touched in years and the homes audio system did not work. In the backyard the porch was filthy. The entry door looks like it has not been cleaned in years and is covered with black mold growing all over it, the walls and ceiling. There were beer cans and old bags of chips left is the gardens and leaves all over the deck and lounge chairs. The pool was covered with leaves and pine needles which took about 20 minutes to clean before we could use it. The bikes are old and in need of repair. Three bikes I would not allow anyone to even ride and one bikes chain broke stranding one of our party miles from the Property. However the worst part of the trip was dealing with 360 blue customer service. Every year we’ve rented a house it comes with the number of wristbands according to how many people can stay in the house. This year we needed 5 additional wristbands because we invited people to join last minute but were told, in a very rude tone that we could get no more wristbands because of a rule change that said you only get the number of wristbands according to the number of people you list on the original reservation. I was told this new rule went into effect in June 22, months after we made our reservation. No communication about this wristband rule change was sent to me until the day before we checked in to the property. 360 blue said this was a watercolor HOA rule change and offered no solution. This rule seems ridiculous because the cost to rent the home is not based on the property and not how many people will be staying at the property. When I went over to the Watecolor HOA office and explained the situation about the wristbands they lady’s who worked there were very nice and happily supplied us with the additional wristbands and apologized for the way the situation was handled with 360 customer service. In talking with other guests they said they had the same problem with 360 customer service. I will never be renting a property with 360 blue in the future and will discourage others to do the same based on the way we were treated.
