*We thoroughly inspect each property before every stay to ensure everything is working properly. If you experience a maintenance issue during your stay, please let your host know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to resolve the issue promptly, but please note that repair times may be subject to contractors' availability.
Please note that a rental agreement will need to be signed prior to check-in. Below is a recap of the house rules that will be described in the rental agreement:
- A $40 Damage Waiver will be charged. This is a non-refundable “peace of mind” fee that will give the Guest the peace of mind of not being charged a high fee for damages in the event of an accident that causes damages to the property. Guest will be covered for damages up to $1500. If damages exceed $1500, the card on file will be charged to cover anything above $1500.
- Humming Host only accepts one dog under 50 lbs per reservation. More than one pet is not allowed. Guest shall inform the Host of any pet staying at the Property
- This is a smoke-free environment
- For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the check in time to 6:00 PM
- Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
- Please only use the parking spots that are dedicated to your unit.
- Parking limited to 2 vehicles per apt
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint. Any damage is sole responsibility of the Guest.
- No parties or gathering allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issues.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 ad 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time. Guests must indicate the correct number of guests sleeping in the unit.
- A security deposit of $500 will be placed as a 7-day hold (not a charge) the day prior to checkin, except for reservations made through Airbnb. Any damage found is the sole responsibility of the guest.
- The Guest is not allowed to receive any mail at the Property
- Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at check in and throughout the duration of the stay
- For guest's safety, there are cameras on the premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property
-The Guest agrees to provide a credit card to keep on file (except for Airbnb reservations).
-Host shall not be held responsible for such an item’s failure to work but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible by the Guest.
-Guest must dispose of their trash at the time of checkout (instructions of trash bin found in checkout instructions).
-Lost and Found: Hosts are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items during the stay.
- Illegal use of the property will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.
-For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.
