The cabin is newly renovated and styled just for our guests, with comfort in mind. It includes lots of amenities, a fantastic view, and a great location that is walking distance to hiking trails, Big Bear Village, and Snow Summit. This is not a house for parties! But, a wonderful place for friends or family for a cozy time in Big Bear. 3 car max. The parking in the back requires going up a hill.
The space
Walk in from the back deck and open the door to a clean home, dark wood floors, and coat hooks on your right.
The primary bedroom on your left has a queen bed, ceiling fan, a large closet with hangers, suitcase rack, dresser, tv, white noise machine, humidifier (it gets dry in the mountains), a portable AC unit, and soft bedding. There are pillows for side sleepers and back sleepers on the bed, and extra blankets in the closet. The nightstand has a USB and power charging station built in. The primary bathroom has a brand new tub and shower with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided. There is also a bidet (only in primary bathroom) to make you feel clean as a whistle.
Bedroom number 2 has a cozy queen bed, pillows for side or back sleepers, a ceiling fan, closet with hangers, suitcase rack, dresser, the second portable AC unit, and a Roku TV.
Bedroom 3 is fun with an arcade that has over 17,000 games on it, remote controlled string lights, and two bunk beds (full/twin and twin/twin). This room also has a ceiling fan, closet with hangers, mattress covers (for those who have kiddos who may have an accident), and a humidifier.
As you walk down the hallway, you'll pass cabinets full of towels for you to use, as well as the washer and dryer. At the end of the hallway is a living area with tall ceilings. Light envelopes the room from the large windows and skylight above. There is a large, U-shaped couch full of fluffy pillows, a 70" TV with Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, and more. The fireplace is there for you to enjoy on those colder nights, and a plethora of games and puzzles to keep you busy.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities and more. Enjoy the waffle maker, brand new coffee machine (it makes cold brew too!), and Ninja blender. We have a Brita filter for tasty water and complimentary whiskey at the bar cart.
The dining area resides in the open floor space and seats 6. Three more stools are at the bar for ample seating.
The outdoor deck has a bohemian style area with a couch, pillows, and outdoor rugs to lounge on. Battery operated candles and string lights make the outdoor deck a magical place to spend evenings after a day out and about in Big Bear. The BBQ grill is outside for your use, as well as the outdoor dining area. In the far corner of the deck is a chair hammock where I like to enjoy coffee in the morning while watching the birds.

Guest access
The home is in a quiet neighborhood with access to Towne Trail nearby. Bus stops are walking distance as well. Free parking in the back of the home as well as the front. Do not ever park on the street. You will be ticketed or towed!!!
Other things to note
Chains are required in the winter. The parking in the back of the house requires going up a steep hill to get to it, so Chains are needed when it’s icy. The parking in the front is also on an incline. 2 car max in winter. I will provide snow shovels, ice scraper, and ice melt for you to use. If the snow is too much to shovel, I have a snow blower for use as well. Firewood is not provided, but you can find some at any grocery store in town. For summertime, there is no central AC at the cabin, but I have two portable AC units for you to use in the bedroom closets. A window open or a fan on usually keeps it cool enough. If the couch cover is on outside, it’s okay to remove it and use the couch.
