Do you hear it? The mountains are calling and our home in Cascade Village is the answer. Our spacious 3-bed/3-bath home is the perfect place for families and friends to spend time in the beautiful San Juan mountains of Colorado. Step out the front door, and you are hiking in the San Juan National Forest. Take in the majesty of the San Juan mountains including the famous "Needles" peaks from our two decks with wonderful, unobstructed views of Engineer Peak and numerous '14ers'. You can be on the slopes in a matter of minutes with Purgatory ski resort just one mile south offering world-class skiing in the winter, and countless summer activities. A short 20-minute drive down the road and you will be in Durango experiencing all the joys of this wonderful mountain town.

Cascade Village offers some of the best on-site amenities in the area. Kids of all ages will love the game room and indoor pool, hot tub, and dry sauna. Book a meal at the private restaurant, or rent your skis at the private ski shop.

We chose our home and this particular location because of the peaceful surroundings and endless, year-round activities. We know you will make wonderful memories in Cascade Village, and we look forward to hosting you for your next mountain vacation!

Amazing Spring Break!

We had the best time staying at Cascade Village. The property and amenities were convenient, well kept and suitable for our 2 families with kids ranging from ages 6-10. The space was great and the kitchen well stocked for cooking meals at home.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

Michael was very easy to reach and receptive to help with any needs. We could tell there is pride taken in this home. Great location, convenient to the slopes. Lots of living space to spread out. It definitely felt like a home away from home with it's fully stocked kitchen. Great for cooking anything we wanted to eat after a day of skiing. I could definitely see ourselves going back to this location.

Great place

The condo was perfect for our ski trip to Purgatory and very convenient for travel to/from the resort. There is a shuttle to/from the resort and a ski rental shop onsite.

We stayed at the condo for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Used the hot tub after skiing and loved it. Close to the slopes. Great value!! Had everything that we needed

Family Mountain Gathering

This property was well suited for our group. Parents, 1 adult son and 1 daughter, spouse and 2 children. Plenty of things to do in and around the area. Lots of hiking opportunities, train ride from Durango to Silverton and an outing to Mesa Verde. The home had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and cookware.

Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay at your home. We had plenty of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and the common space was large. The views were amazing. The resort was quiet and spacious. We played pickleball and swam in the pool/ hot tubs every day. There was plenty of activities close by (kayaking, paddle boarding, rock climbing, hiking, train ride, shopping, cliff jumping, just to name a few) that kept us busy the whole week. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Purgatory

This property was wonderful. We had more room than we needed and could have slept several more comfortably. Wood was provided for the fireplace and it was so nice to be able to have a fire and park under the garage so the car didn't get covered in snow. The views were amazing and the tub in the master was awesome. Michael was very prompt with any questions we had. The location was great to the ski mountain. We would definitely stay here again.

So happy we chose this condo!

This condo is perfectly located; it’s short walk to onsite hot tub and a 4 min drive to the slopes. The condo was very clean. The beds are very comfortable as well the seating in living room. The kitchen is well stocked and met all of our needs. The Mountain views are spectacular! We will definitely book this spacious condo again!

Awesome getaway

Beautiful condo located super close to Purgatory. Gorgeous views of the mountains, very spacious and we had everything needed for our stay. We were also lucky to get 9 inches of snow the first night of our stay which made it the perfect day for skiing and snowboarding.

Would love to return!

Awesome views of the mountains through the windows and from the balcony. Amazing amount of seating for dining and on couches/chairs. The arrangement of types of beds fit our group very well. The location of Cascade Village is wonderful for access to the mountains. We wondered if it would be difficult to use the pickleball courts due to demand, but there were actually 3 courts and we were able to use it when we had wanted to. Loved the fact that there were quite a few units to rent in Cascade Village, making it possible for all the families in our family reunion to stay within a walking distance of only a few minutes. The owner was very accomodating. Would come back again.

Restful Ski Retreat

Comfy condo in a fantastic location with all of the amenities that you could want. Host’s communication was excellent. Only surprise was that “basic soaps” did not include shampoo or body soap.

Whether you are skiing the slopes of Purgatory one mile away or hiking the countless trails throughout the San Juan Mountains, our home provides easy access to it all. For those wanting to kick back and relax, we have space for everyone. Enjoy the views of the famous Needles peaks from one of our two decks, or from floor-to-ceiling windows. Cozy up next to the fire with a good book and warm drink and let the busyness of life fade away. We have windows upstairs blocking off the noise of the loft from below, so send the kids up...you both will be happy :). The indoor pool and indoor or outdoor hot tubs are perks to help make your vacation perfect. Finally, don't forget to stop by our season restaurant for some great dishes from top chefs. Want to cook yourself? Our kitchen is fully stocked like home so you can feed the whole crew. We chose this home for so many reasons, and we are excited for you to experience them yourself!
