Great location for downtown!

The beds were comfy, the location was great and we appreciated Ryan’s quick response time. We appreciate the charm of the older apartment building, but the listing said “luxury” so we were expecting something different. The kitchen cupboards were pealing, the bathroom sink was dirty (dust and hair upon arrival) and the broken shades (especially on the first floor) were a bit concerning. The basement (laundry area) was dirty and the wifi was spotty (our movie kept freezing up). My daughter said there were a few ants in her room as well. Overall it met our needs.

A Gem in Raleigh

My fiancé and I stayed in this apartment during a quick trop to visit family in Raleigh. The place is decorated beautifully. Accessing the space was quite easy, and there is a parking spot for guests to use which is quite helpful. Ryan was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The jazz music playing upon our arrival was a lovely touch!

Hidden Gem in Raleigh

If you are looking for a 5 star experience and stay in one of the most beautifully decorated apartments in Raleigh. Everything was perfect, the location, the host, the amenities, and comfortable beds. Thank you for providing such a beautiful place for us to rest our sleepy heads :)

My husband and son stayed here and said the location was great and the property nice and clean.

Ryan reached out and was very accommodating if we needed anything (which we didn’t). Woukd definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Get-Away

We were in the area visiting our daughter for Thanksgiving. I found this terrific listing and grabbed it based on proximity to her apartment and the area of town we wanted to be in. What a great find! The apartment is extremely well-represented. We needed nothing and we’re pleased with the amenities, ranging from coffee pods to bedside chargers for our phones and other e-devices. Communication with our host was easy and hud responsiveness was off the hook! He seemingly replied before I even sent the message! The one thing I think was not clearly spelled out as well as it could have been is the really cool courtyard just outside our entrance. There is a pavilion with big-screen television, fireplace and an outdoor fire pit that put the cherry on the cake! We WILL be back. Until we get there again, and encourage anyone needing a central location in Raleigh to check this place out. You won’t be disappointed!

Location was great and convenient to convention center. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to all questions. Although building is older the decor and amenities were up to date and lovely. Highly recommend.

Just what we needed.

We came to town for a soccer camp at NC State and this unit was absolutely perfect. Just over a mile from the camp allowed me to run back and forth easily. Super walkable with eateries in walking distance. Ryan was awesome with communication, sending me helpful info on finding the unit. We arrived later than planned and it was dark, he immediately responded to my text to make sure I was in the right place. All info was communicated perfectly. I also really appreciated the coffee in the unit! This complex is an older building, but they have done a wonderful job with the interior which is beautifully decorated and everything is extremely comfortable. The couch is cushy, the beds are cozy, the shower is fabulous. The complex does have a courtyard in the middle, and our first night there was a large group grilling and hanging out - but we were not at all disturbed by noise. Great stay, don't hesitate to book!
