Cozy Beach House for Friends, Families, and Pets!

Clara Beach Cottage is an open-concept beach house that is ideal for a single family or even a few. Sleeps up to 10 people comfortably and perfect for families with children!

If you want to come relax in the large kitchen at the island or living room, kick back on the porch with a view of the Gulf or take a 5-minute walk to the beach; this house is perfect for you. The Big Store is just a block away and plenty of shops and restaurants are a quick drive.
*We do allow ONE pet at our home. Please respect our rules of no pets on beds or on the couches in the living room. We want to try to eliminate pet hair on common areas used by guests.

Master Bedroom with en suite: (Bathroom 1)
*Queen bed; mounted TV with DVD player; large full-length mirror; large master closet.
*Full bathroom: Plenty of linens, hair dryer, straightener, curling iron, shower caps provided.

Bedroom 1:
*Comfortable Queen bed
*Bunk bed with full bed on bottom and twin on top.
Room includes closet, TV with DVD player, ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2:
*Comfortable Queen Bed

Bathroom 2:
*Full bathroom: tub/shower combined; plenty of linens: blow-dryer and shower caps provided.

Kitchen:
*Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances that you will need - New coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, pots and pans, crock pot, utensils, baking dishes, griddle, waffle maker, blender, grilling tools and platters. There is a Crawfish table in the garage if you would like to use this as well.

Living Room:
*Two couches and accent chair to relax
*Smart TV and DVD player
*Games located in storage closet in the kitchen.
*WIFI included

**Access to charcoal grill downstairs for your BBQs and plenty of stemware and plates for you and your guests! Please leave BBQ downstairs on the cement.
**Outdoor shower to wash off the sand.
** Outdoor picnic table to have a meal; table and chairs up on the patio to sit and relax.
**Utility wagon for the beach, boogie board, and 2 beach chairs available in the garage.

**This home also includes a security system and outdoor cameras.**
*Please do not touch the security system panel on the wall to the left of the front door. We have remote access to it on our phones and we keep it disabled.
Security system is always disarmed during renters' stay and outdoor cameras are put into privacy mode until you check out. There is a camera positioned on the side of the garage that is pointing to the stairs and a ring doorbell by the front door. All cameras are used for safety reasons or for package/mail drop off.

BAD WEATHER**- Refunds will only be made for MANDATORY evacuations for hurricanes or tropical storms heading into the Gulf Of Mexico towards the Peninsula. If you and your guests are on-site, we will ask you to vacate immediately and follow local evacuation protocols and the nights that will be missed will be partially refunded. If there is a storm prior to your arrival that requires evacuation, you will be refunded 100%. Coastal weather can be volatile and we can’t always guarantee sunshine or when a storm or rain swell will occur. We suggest purchasing travelers insurance, as coastal weather is very unpredictable.
**Power and Internet**- You are staying at a home where weather can be unpredictable. That being said, internet can be spotty or go out completely. We are on a Peninsula, so it may take crews a day or two to fix any issues.
