This spacious, elegant home is 2 blocks from the new Costco in Meridian. This house is set up to accommodate large groups.
Great location in NW Meridian. Great shopping & dining. House: One bedroom and a half bath are downstairs. The dining table is for 8. There are 2 additional seats at the kitchen counter, as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile. I bought this house in 2022 and have furnished it all new. All 20 guests will sleep on new memory foam mattresses (4 downstairs, up to 16 upstairs). Rates are based on 12 guests, add $20/night/guest up to 20. The additional guest charge applies to the entire duration of your booking, i.e. if you are booked for 5 nights, the additional guest charge applies to 5 nights, even if someone only sleeps there for 3 nights. Please book with your best estimate for headcount - you will have a chance to true up headcount right before travel dates.
The outdoor spaces in this house add a lot of value: there is a dining table, a BBQ for your use, and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced in so your kids or your puppy can get rid of their excess energy.

We want to make sure you have a 5-star experience at our properties.

You can use the entire house. Parking is in the driveway and on the street.

I live in Boise, about 30 mins from this house. I prefer efficient, streamlined communication. Time is our most valuable resource. The best way to interact with me is via SMS/Text. I will respond within the hour.

This is a nice residential neighborhood that is very close to the new Costco and about 8 minutes from Eagle. There are many awesome stores and restaurants to explore!

Great place for large groups!

We had a total of 7 kids and 4 adults and the space was great! Tons of beds and the house is large so it didn’t feel packed! Host was wonderful as well!

Great place for family with kids

Rented this property for Thanksgiving 2024. Great set up for families with kids. Two queen bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin trundle beds ( can sleep 4 each) and one large bedroom with 2 queens and a daybed that can sleep a couple of kids. Has a sofa sleeper we didn’t use. Two large rooms on main floor. Lots of TVs. Nice backyard. Was very clean and kitchen was adequately stocked with plates silverware and cookery. Close to stores and restaurants.

Great place to stay

We loved our stay here, Sam was very helpful and the rental was beautiful. We went with my whole family and had 11 people staying there. There was more than enough space and my whole family was very impressed with the home. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and well cared for home

Our family spent 4 nights in the area and had an absolute blast. Our stay was even more comfortable and enjoyable due to our accommodations. I don’t think I have ever stayed in a VRBO so clean. It had everything we needed, the furniture was sturdy, comfy, and well cared for. The neighborhood was perfect, with the pool close by and a lovely park and fountain a little more than a block away. We traveled with a toddler, and the high chair was a nice touch!

Great location, plenty of beds!

We had a couple of usual rental communications, and Sam was prompt and professional with her responses. The house had everything we needed for our group of 15. The kids enjoyed the community pool which was clean and refreshing, and everyone enjoyed the beautiful flowers on the property.

One of the best stays ever. I have used this type of family getaway a number of times and this one is at the top of the list. Clean and well appointed. Location is the best. Close to anything we wanted to enjoy, explore, or travel to. Great neighborhood with friendly residents. If I wasn't so old I would look into moving to this beautiful city.

Such a GREAT house!!!

I booked this house last minute the day before and the house was more than perfect. It was my family with 3 kids 4 and under and they had a blast in the backyard and all the swimming in the pool literally across the street. We really appreciated the short walk with all the kiddos. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. I never felt like I wished there was something that wasn’t there. The house had so much space for all of us and the kids to play. The check in and out was so simply. And the communication with the home owner was so good with quick replies! LOVED this house and if we are ever back in the area will definitely be staying again

House is great for a large family. We had 9 people celebrating a BSU graduation and we fit with plenty of room to spare. House was clean and in a location not too far from some of our favorite Meridian restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

EXACTLY what we needed... a PERFECT place!

This home was EXACTLY what we needed... we could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. Family was in town unexpectedly for a funeral, and we did not know for sure how many guests would be staying with us or with my family in their home. The flexibility of bedrooms in this home was part of what drew us there, but I also loved the photos of the multiple living rooms, the large primary bedroom, the open concept living/dining/kitchen. It all appeared beautiful online... and when we walked in the door, the house absolutely lived up to all our expectations. The flow of the home worked great for our two + families, the beds were comfortable, the number of bedrooms was fantastic, the large sectional couch was great... and the open great room was such a delight. The convenience of the home's location was perfect, too... near the grocery store, Starbuck's, convenient for walking/running straight from the house for those that wanted. The washer/dryer was great too. I just can't say enough good things about the house. We will rent this house again when we come to town to visit family. On another note, Sam's availability during the process of checking in (we added two nights to our reservation at the last minute) was fantastic. Just the right amount of communication and attention to our needs. We are SO happy with the rental home, the process, the property owner/manager and our stay. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Great Home-Perfect For Our Family

We had a great stay! Home was beautiful and clean! Had silverware and dishes that we needed. Only complaint is there were no cleaning supplies, we purchased some and left for the next guest! Also, would be super helpful if the home had plastic wrap and foil and maybe basic spices…little things that guests don’t typically carry on them when traveling but that come in handy when staying in a rental property! Overall great home, great stay, great location and would definitely stay again!

Awesome property!

We had a great stay. Beautiful house. Our family did a family reunion here. 19 of us stayed in the house. There were enough plates, cups, silverware, and towels for everyone. The house was well set up and had enough room for everyone. We loved the backyard too, there were even a few yard games. The owner was very responsive to any questions. The neighborhood pool was a wonderful perk. We enjoyed a few afternoons there. There are also plenty of stores close by for anything you might need. There is a nice park only a few blocks away. We had a great stay!

Baseball families

We had a group of 15 stay over the weekend with several baseball families and it was perfect! The host checked in with us throughout to make sure we were comfortable. The house is in good condition in a very peaceful neighborhood. Layout worked perfect, community pool use was a hit and we all had great time.

Everything was very clean and as pictured. Our only suggestion would be to replace the main TV in the family with a smart TV, as is, in the rest of the rooms. We would definitely stay hear again!
