Mountaintop Experience bietet eine komfortable authentische Hüttenatmosphäre und eine herrliche Bergkulisse mit spektakulärem Panoramablick auf den Nationalpark Great Smoky Mountain. Wenn unglaubliche Aussicht auf die Berge an der Spitze der Liste sind "must have", wird diese Kabine nicht im Stich lassen.

Von der Rückseite der Kabine gibt keine anderen Kabinen sichtbar. Anfang 2017 haben wir das Oberdeck ausgetauscht und die Spindeln durch Schweinsdraht ersetzt, wodurch die Aussicht noch freier ist. Es ist erstaunlich, wie weit einige Besitzer gehen durch Bilder zu machen, die Privatsphäre zu zeigen, erscheinen! Wir haben auf diese Weise mehrmals gebrannt.

Hauptebene: Geräumiger Grundriss mit Kathedralendecken und Holzfußböden (außer in Master und Bädern, die alle gefliest sind), Großer Raum mit Steingas-Kamin und Ganzfenster, 42-Zoll-HD-LED-TV, DVD / CD-Player / AM / FM Surround Sound, Aktualisierte Küche mit brandneuen Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Granitspüle und Bronze-Wasserhahn, Edelstahl- / Schwarz-Haushaltsgeräte, Esszimmer mit großem Tisch und Platz für sechs Personen, Countertop-Sitzplätze für zwei, zweiteiliges Bad, Master-King-Schlafzimmer mit Teppichboden (mit Vollbad (neuer Granit, Spülen, Wasserhähne und ein Spa-ähnliches Dusch-Update im Jahr 2018 mit Kieselboden), TV, DVD-Player und Zugang zum Oberdeck), Ungedecktes Deck, das die Kabinenlänge mit Gasgrill überspannt, ein Kneipentisch mit drei Stühlen, zwei Einzelwippen und einer Doppelwippe, 12 'x 12' Pergola auf dem Master-Deckende, 2017 installiert.

Awesome house, gorgeous view!

The place was amazing! The view out the back is worth a stay all by itself. Throw in a very clean (and well appointed) home, fun games to play (the video game console and pool table were big hits), and a cozy hot tub, and it’s the perfect getaway. The owner’s communication and organization is top notch. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Great time!

We really enjoyed this cabin. It was clean, stocked and just like description. The view off the balconies was immaculate! When we needed to get ahold of Lori she was very responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good stay!

Birthday celebration

No matter what the weather, we had amazing views of the Smokey mountains. What an amazing spot with a beautiful "cabin". I put this in quotes because, yes, it is a cabin theme, but has bits of luxury and is so well appointed that it is far superior to any cabin I have visited before. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, there was plenty to do. We also made sure to drive the foothills parkway for more and different spectacular views. Would definitely return. Owners were wonderful to work with

Majestic!

We had an amazing 7 day stay. The place was clean, the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating and the views were absolutely majestic. I’ve booked 8 different cabins in the mountains and this is by far one of the best. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you need, the closets are stocked with plenty of blankets, pillows and games for the family. The hot tub was hot, the fireplaces worked great and the beds were very comfortable. We will be returning!

Perfect Cabin Getaway

This cabin is perfect layout for family with master upstairs with kitchen and family room and spare rooms and bath with game room and hot tub balcony! Once in a lifetime vacation

This cabin is absolutely stunning. The view, the cabin, the amenities were all way better than we could have ever imagined. The spa was perfect every time we wanted to get in it, the drive up to and down the mountain wasn’t too difficult to traverse even in light snow! We are already planning our next trip.

Great host and cabin

We spent the Thanksgiving Holiday at Lori's cabin in Sevierville. The cabin offers unparalleled views of the Smoky Mountains. Just waking up in the morning to the mountain view from our bedroom was breathtaking. Additionally, Lori was a very responsive and helpful host. She gave our family various suggestions and pointers for things to do and see in the area. If I ever go back to Sevierville, I would definitely rent this cabin again!

Truly a dream!

Family of four traveling with small children and this cabin was everything we were looking for. The photos posted are exactly how the cabin is. The views are incredible! Seeing the sun come up from the master bedroom as you wake up, enjoying coffee on the deck as the morning gets warm, a glass of wine as the sun goes down, and a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a day hiking in GSMNP, is exactly what a trip to gatlinburg should be! Lori is the perfect host: she’s responsive and accommodating. Every step of the way she communicated with us. And really listen to her advice- there’s a road leading up she makes a recommendation on how to approach, which is different from nav systems and she’s spot on !! Just such a quiet beautiful place. Everyone looks forward to returning!!

Great view, great cabin

The cabin is exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped, and big enough for me to make meals for everyone. The layout of the cabin was perfect for our family and the view was amazing! This is one of the best cabins we have stayed in on our trips to the Smoky Mts.

Beautiful views, wonderful cabin

My family had a fantastic time staying at the Mountain Top cabin. The views are breathtaking and it’s perfectly located next to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun vacation. We played a lot of pool and Donkey Kong and ate all our meals on the back balcony.

Wish we could have stayed longer

Our family (my husband, our 12 year old daughter and 9 year old son, and myself) stayed here and didn't want to leave! The house has all the comforts of home and then some. The beds were comfy, the towels were great (I hate when they are fluffy towels with no absorbency), plenty of places to hang our clothes in the closets and unpack into the empty drawers, the kitchen is stocked with everything to cook meals at home, everyone was entertained (hot tub, pool table, arcade games), and the views are unbeatable. We loved how we were out of the touristy hustle and bustle but were close enough with a quick drive to most locations we wanted to go to (and the longer drives were through the gorgeous forest). The drive up the mountain isn't horrible- just take it slow- and after a day or two it's old hat. We truly hope to come back one day and stay at Mountaintop Experience again. We could even bring my parents, as we had plenty of room.

Charlie, Jeff, and Lori, all engineers, appreciate the structural integrity of Mountaintop Experience. Debbie, a teacher, can't stop marveling at the view. Charlotte, our sixteen-year old enjoys the view, the comfy sofas and the Wi-Fi most of all. When she was younger her favorite thing was the hot tub. She would always make sure to remember her goggles. After all, all professional hot tub swimmers wear goggles!

My husband and I having been visiting the Great Smoky Mountains for thirty years. We've stayed in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Walden's Creek, Townsend, and Wears Valley. We love them all. Since we live in Knoxville, several weekend trips a year, even on the spur of the minute, are not out of the question. We've stayed in many different cabins. The problem was that there was always something that could have been better. A cabin with a great view would offer no privacy. One with privacy had no view. We wanted a cabin with as many amenities as possible that we could count on consistently. A 'known quantity', if you will. Of all the cabins we've stayed in over the years, none can hold a candle to Mountaintop Experience. Previously, it was named A Wilderness Lodge. However, since it isn't in the wilderness and it isn't a lodge, we changed the name to Mountaintop Experience. We hope you have a wonderful experience on our portion of this mountaintop.

The design of Mountaintop Experience is ingenious. With virtually the entire back of the house being windows, the mountain view is the centerpiece of the cabin. You can simply sit on the sofa and enjoy the incredible views. You can easily forget that anyone else is around.
