Boathouse with boat rentals available, fire pit, kayaks, and paddle-boards on the property. Covered boat dock includes shaded area with two hammock chairs and bench. Multilevel decks and outdoor patio include seating for 14+ at the modern outdoor dining table. Jump out of the lake and take advantage of the outdoor shower!

The house sleeps 14 and 4 of the bedrooms have sliding doors with outdoor access to decks and views. Upstairs and downstairs living areas and all bedrooms include newly installed smart TVs. Beautiful stone gas fireplaces upstairs and down with tiled bar with beverage refrigerator. Open loft sitting area on second floor with picturesque lake views.

*** All bookings will require a signed lease agreement to include a valid ID and selfie photo in order to be confirmed. Lease agreements must be signed within 7 days from booking to avoid cancellation
*** Standard early check-in and late-check out policy is as follows: 2pm check-in and 12pm check-out with a $50 fee per request. All subject to availability and all holidays are excluded
*** No weddings or events are permitted at this property
*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - one dog allowed, max of 20 lbs
