• Parking: Two-car garage with ample storage and 2 bike racks. The driveway is 38' long and accommodates 2 cars wide. Additional street parking is available for oversize or extra vehicles, along with guest parking at the end of the driveway.

Rental Agreement: All guests must sign our rental agreement.
No Campers or Motor Homes in driveway due to HOA restrictions.
Furniture is not allowed on upper deck due to HOA restrictions.
Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival.
Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival.
No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
