Welcome to Rockaway Beach, where you can enjoy the sandy shore and local shops and dining. Inside this lovely home, guests can relax on the sofa and warm up by the gas fireplace in the naturally-lit living area. When everyone gets hungry, meal prep is made easy by the spacious kitchen and stainless steel appliances. Step outside on the upper balcony where a BBQ grill allows you to add charred favorites to the menu. Dine together in the inviting dining space for company and conversation - bar seating at the kitchen island provides additional room for meal sharing. At night, rest your head in one of three bedrooms or pull out the sofabed. This home also features a washer/dryer as well as high-speed internet should guests need to plug in. Make this your home base for exploring the coast!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Perfect family vacation spot!

Easy to find, comfortable home. Finicky door lock, but once inside - Kitchen is well stocked with items you might need. Comfy couches and beds. Short, pleasant walk to the beach. Very nice stay!

Perfect location to explore the Oregon Coast

The home is warm and inviting. Less than a mile from the main road through town, you’re secluded at the end of a dead end street surrounded by forest. The home has new appliances and furniture, and is furnished with everything you’re looking for.

Stay at True North in Rockaway Oregon

We got to the house right at check in. Found the place to be clean and well stocked. We called in an issue with the coffeemaker, within 2 hours it was resolved by the local staff. We were impressed with the response. No noisy issues or other problems. A short walk in to town for supper and great sleeping in clean and comfortable beds. Up early for a fishing charter 10 minutes away in garabaldi where we caught some beautiful fish and took a dozen dungenous crab too! Great trip, great stay! Awesome place!

NW OREGON

Had a great time exploring the NW Oregon coast. Great beaches and seafood restaurants. Home was nestled in the forest and very private ye close to the main drag. Made full use of the well stocked kitchen.

Very Clean and Safe Location

This place was perfect for our family and our six kids. The location felt very safe and the town of Rockaway is very small-town and cute. I would suggest the train ride which leaves right from Rockaway. The beach was really nice, clean, and not very busy.

Lovely house and great location

House is very nice and modern, but a little warm on the top floor during warm weather. Neighbors were very sweet and kind. Highly recommended!

Can't wait to come back!

This was a wonderful property for our family of 4. Everything was clean with plenty of amenities including books and games and a full set up. The linens were nice and all the beds and furniture were comfy. We did have an issue with the fireplace, but a handyman was out within an hour of me calling to report it. The house is an easy 1/2 mile walk to the beach, something we did many times. The house has a ton of stairs, not an issue for us but something to be aware of. All of us agree that this was a great rental, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great vacation home

We stayed six nights at this rental and loved it. Super clean and it is kept up very well. No bad smells! Only con is the flights of stairs if you are not as mobile. As we are younger the stairs were not an issue. They had plenty of extras for everything. Toiletries, laundry and dish soap, linens, blankets, and everything you needed to cook in the kitchen. Great location as it was fun walking to the shops in town and to the beach. We only had one car which we parked in driveway, I don’t know how parking a second car on the street would go.

The Perfect Stay!!

I gotta say the bright Colours of the living room pictures caught my eye when I was looking for places to stay! The first thing I liked was that it was only a 30 min drive to Cannon Beach. Then I looked into the little town of Rockaway Beach and it seemed so cute and peaceful! (It was!!!) So we decided to book this home and it absolutely blew our minds! The home was beautiful, the three bedrooms were a great size and had lots of closet space! My spouse and I stayed in the master and the bed was the most comfortable thing I’ve slept in aside from my own bed! Everyone else mentioned their beds were comfy too! The living room and dinning room were so spacious and had games etc for my 4 and 6 year old girls! But let me say that the kitchen was the most impressive!! Super stocked up with ALL the utensils you’ll ever need, large space with a perfect island and large appliances! Since there were 7 of us, we cooked breakfast and dinners at the house and it was perfect! Even the BBQ was great!! Plus my 70 year old mother wanted me to thank you for all the extra linens that the home provided!! My family stayed for 5 glorious nights and we can’t wait to book this vacation home again!! Thank you for a lovely experience!!

The Perfect Vacation!

A beautiful home with thoughtful touches and great amenities, we felt like we were in a tree house blocks from the beach! We loved walking downtown and along the coast. Fantastic location! The home could easily sleep six with plenty of room for dining and play.

Beach cabin location, upscale home

Quiet. Forest window views give you the feeling of being nestled away in the woods. The home has a well thought out floor plan. Beautiful flooring, tasteful, modern decor. An open living room, dinning room and gourmet kitchen on the top floor are perfect for an entire family, even though it was just the two of us. This charming property was a wonderful surprise compared to other properties we’ve stayed at while visiting the coast. The kitchen immunities are unlike what you expect to find in your standard beach rental, e.g, dull knives and scratched up non stick hand-me-down post and pans. Not here! The homeowners have graciously stocked the kitchen with modern appliances, nice cooking utensils, a enormous high end refrigerator. After all, part of renting a space with a kitchen, is to be able to have the convenience of saving some cash and preparing your own meals if you choose. We had zero complaints staying here. We felt the hone, the immunities, location and square footage were a solid value for the money and we plan to make this the go-to-spot the next time we stay. Large double sink bathrooms, a room with bunk beds for some kids. Oh, and the beds, pillows were the most comfortable beds I think I’ve ever slept on, Crisp, clean linens and towels, and plenty of extra if you need them. This hone sets the bar. A+ 5-Star.
