A 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom private home that has been specified and appointed to delight families and groups, with free off-street parking and garden is a perfect home away from home. There is enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy well deserved time out.
You will have the entire place to yourselves.
This spacious private home has a uniquely large reception flowing into a lovely dining room overlooking a fantastic park, with running trails and a children's area that has swings and climbing apparatus and immense spaces for children to run around safely.
The huge double sized reception room with two vintage, silvered fireplaces, is comfortably appointed and spacious, and has a dining area directly off the reception room, making it an amazing and unique communal area.
The large and light kitchen is unbeatable for size and light.
Beautiful blond wood floors throughout the ground floor which makes for a light and lovely space for all to enjoy.
There is a luxurious Super Kingsize suite, on the second floor, 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom on the 1st floor along with a spacious family bathroom featuring a roll top bath and additionally a single rooms (one on the ground floor).
Three bathrooms make mornings and bath times easier, with one large family bathroom with a shower and roll top bath on the first floor, a shower room on the ground floor and ensuite bathroom for the master bedroom on the first floor.
The house is walking distance to two underground stations - Woodside Park and West Finchley, from which it is between 20 and 30 minutes by tube to key London locations like Tottenham Court Road, Leicester Square, King’s Cross, Charing Cross, Euston, Bank, Waterloo and Moorgate, so Central London and the City of London and its attractions are so easily accessible.
Additionally, the property in a greenbelt beauty spot, is surrounded by great amenities, pubs, parks, shops and lovely spots for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The high road with its myriad of restaurants and supermarkets, cinemas. It’s 28 minutes taxi ride to/from Heathrow and there are also various Bus routes that can take you to Central London.
The huge kitchen is fully equipped and with integrated appliances, a fridge freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher is perfect for families, especially as there is a large utility with a washing machine, dryer and towel rail attached.
Fresh, clean linens and fresh towels come as standard.
