Across the street from the beach 1 Bedroom, 1 bath! Pet friendly and extremely clean and within walking distance to restaurants and activities. Relaxing pool, hot tub, free wifi, satellite TV, free parking and our unit has a washer & dryer for your convenience.

This incredible private condo has everything you need for your stay. From our fully stocked kitchen so you cook to your heart's content to our smaller complex vibe so you do not have the crowds at the pool like the larger complexes, you are bound to have a relaxing time! We are pet friendly and if you do not have pets, do not be worried. We specially treat our unit and super clean after each stay. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Satellite TV, Wifi, the works! Free parking right next to your private condo. Walk for 2 minutes and you are on the beach with your toes in the sand. Outdoor grills on the complex. Come out, relax and enjoy the gulf in this one of a kind beautiful condo.

Office on the premises for picking up parking pass and wrist bands for the pool and hot tub. Vending machine on site.

Convenient and comfy stay!

We stayed here while moving into our new home in foley. It allowed us somewhere cozy to stay that was right across from the beach. All the others at the condo had dogs with them and we really enjoyed getting to stay somewhere so pet friendly!

Nice little home away from home

This was a nice little house that was in excellent location at a low cost. It was just what we wanted. Fully furnished so we could cook and keep out cold groceries in the fridge. We parked just in front of our room so it was very accessible as well.

Weeklong July trip

Overall, the location and communal spaces for the pool and hanging out were a perfect fit for us as a family where some of us hang out indoors a bit more or less than others on a beach trip. Note that this unit does NOT have a washer in the unit. There is a quarters-only laundry room for all renters on-site and if you already have the change on-hand, it works out well. Heading into the trip, I messaged the owner twice and never heard back to obtain clarity ahead of time. As a whole property, the only downfall to enjoying the pool was being downwind from the dumpster in 106 degrees (yuck!), but truly other than those couple of snags, the convenience of the location, parking, and laidback atmosphere exceeded our expectations. Very dog-friendly stay! We would love to come back again.

Great location, bad accomodations

If your main concern is location, this is a great one right near the beach, restaurants, and stores. It's also pet friendly, which is great. As for some potential issues, the rooms are extremely small. We found the furniture to be very uncomfortable as well, though that could be personal taste. The property is also pet friendly, but you can't control other people, and there were several other guests that let their dogs run around without leashes. For real issues, we had several. The stove did not work. It was unplugged and we did not want to pull it out to plug it back in. The bathroom vent was broken. The lamp in the living room was missing the twist knob and couldn't be turned on (luckily a bedroom lamp had the same kind of knob, and we moved them back and forth as needed to make both lamps work), there were a lot of knat-like bugs in the kitchen, the temperature in the house kept resetting at night because the Nest thermostat in the living room would only turn on if it registered movement, and turned off if we were in the bedroom. Overall, if was just a very uncomfortable and disappointing place to stay, but the location and being pet friendly did offset some of that. But, honestly, for the price per night, I would have expected more. I would never stay here again.

Softball weekend getaway

We never received the check in information from VRBO but property owner was super responsive and got the info to us as soon as we reached out. Condo does sleep 6 however it was a little tight for 3 adults and 1 teen only having 1 bathroom in the bedroom but we truly enjoyed it. Location is perfect and convenient to everything. We will definitely book again.

Really enjoyed our stay but the condo could use some up grading the toilet handle was very loose and didn't flush good and the door handle was loose. The one big frying pan wasnt good at all even my bacon stuck to it. But for the most part we did enjoy our stay and the pool area was great.

We had a good experience renting from you. There were only a few things to consider for your next renter's. Make sure the skillets are in good condition, the large one you had burnt food left in the burnt skillet. Also the trays under the burners had burnt food and smoked Every time I use it.

Lovely getaway

Had a change in days for vacation, property manager was quick to respond and able to accommodate my new dates. Check in was simple. Place was clean and spacious. Great location across the street from the beach. Pet friendly. Has a pool for people staying at this location. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. My favorite spot to stay
