Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, you will not be disappointed. Close to everything including downtown YBOR city, downtown Tampa and the gulf beaches.

This property features three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Smart lock on the front door. Off-street parking is available for up to 3 cars.

This great house is located only 10 minutes walking distance from downtown YBOR. For other locations vehicle or ride share service is recommended.

Nice house in Ybor

A nice house with plenty of beds. We had 7 adults and never felt too crowded. A few blocks walk to all the Ybor places. The driveway was a little tight for our two SUVs, but doable. It would be no problem for smaller cars. The property managers were very quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great stay for group of friends. Easy walking distance to all the fun Ybor has to offer.

Bars/restaurants were fun. I liked taking the free trolley to downtown Tampa.

Great place! Great communicators

Great place! Great communicators and with the small cleaning issue we had they sent someone over right away to takw care of it. Plumbing is a bit touchy as it is in the historic neighborhood, and they were up front about that.

Great location

The house was perfectly suited for us. Great location, friendly neighbor ,loved sitting on the front porch. The house was clean, plenty of towels and tons of little extras that made us feel so welcomed. The host was extremely attentive.and responded within minutes. Wonderful stay

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family of five. It had all the comforts of being at home and was in a great location to everything Tampa has the offer. Mevon, was an outstanding host. I would definitely recommend the house.

Great place

Great place and the location was perfect for my family of four. The interior of the house has everything you need and is as described. We used the grill twice and all utensils/charcoal/lighter fluid was there. They had welcoming snacks and seasonings (olive oil and four seasonings) for the food we cook. This was very helpful as we wanted to spend the days out and nights enjoying ourselves! The tvs were a perfect size and the couch was comfortable and exactly what we needed to not feel crowded. Restaurants, brewery, stores were within walking distance and access to the highway could not be any closer (8 blocks or so). I would recommend this place and will be looking to stay again in the future.
