Home away from home!
Loved this house! My family, which included 4 young adults during Debbie’s storms were able to enjoy our week due to the comfort of this home. The golf cart was an added bonus to get us to the beach and around the community especially due to the rain. The fishing ponds were a great hit. Host and Owners were very helpful with any questions we had. Thank you for a great vacation experience!

Best House Ever
We really enjoyed our stay at this house! The description does not does not do it justice. The owners did a great job making the house feel comfortable. The kids enjoyed fishing, the ducks and all of the extras that was there for them on the rainy days and down time. My grandson caught his first fish while we were there and loved the ducks, turtles and expecially “Swanson” the swan. He actually cried when it was time to leave. We are considering spending two weeks next year! :)

Such a Great House
The house is exactly as pictured. It comes with plenty of towels, beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, kitchen supplies, etc. For you coffee lovers, they have a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. We had an amazing time! The golf cart was wonderful. So much room to carry all of your people and beach things. The back screened in porch was my favorite spot to have my coffee in the morning. So peaceful. Kevin was great to work with! Just an overall amazing experience. I would give three recommendations to the owners, but these would not in any way prevent me from coming back. The house truly is perfect! 1. Replace the mattress in the master. It's worn and not the most comfy. 2. Put TVs in the other two bedrooms. 3. Replace pots and pans. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! Highly recommend!

Wonderful place
My niece and I love the location with a view of the wildlife and the lake. We also loved the screened in porch and spent a lot of downtime there. The only thing wrong was the broken kitchen faucet handle which Keven came to take a picture. The golf cart is definitely a big plus. We hope to come there in the future.

Nice place, bad communication!
The place itself and golf cart are very nice, great location and we generally really enjoyed our stay here. However, there were a lot of balls dropped by the property manager. First, the listing appeared as though the house rental includes the golf cart rental, but it does not. You are contacted after booking to pay extra for the cart rental. Secondly, we never received communication from the property manager on how to get into the property or any other details. So, when we arrived we had to call and text him a bunch to track down the code. Also, you have to pay $30 cash for a key card to get back into the property. None of this was communicated to us. Lastly, the top bunk bed wasn’t made and the welcome sign had other people’s names on it. Not a big deal, but a little awkward. I did speak with the property manager midweek about the initial balls dropped and he just offered excuses and didn’t really help in any way. So, overall the place is great and I’d stay again. They just need a new property manager to run things!

Great Beach House
This is a great beach stay at Oceanside Village!! This house provides just about anything you may forget or need for a beach vacation!! Very well stocked kitchen, provides linens, bath towels, beach towels. The beds are comfortable. There are TVs in each bedroom and a massive TV in the living room. There is a nice sunroom on the back with a view of the lake and the swans and ducks. The golf cart is a very nice addition as well. The bad only thing was that we didn’t get to stay longer!!

Last minute beach trip
We had a wonderful stay at this property! Communication was great, location was wonderful, the house was perfect for our family of 5. Three bedrooms, one with bunk beds meant every kid had their owl location. The golf cart made getting to the beach a breeze, the pool was a nice break and tons of places to eat around. Thanks for a wonderful last blast of summer!

Great stay
Had everything we needed. One of our group was really into fishing and the ability to fish from the back yard was great. The golf cart was registered with the state for getting around the Surfside area outside Oceanside (be sure to ask about this with other listings in Oceanside - it's not a given that it will have a road permit). If you're familiar with Oceanside then this is one of the better choices there.

Awesome Beach Getaway
One of the Beat vacations! Very roomy, nice back porch and golf cart. Everything was very well taken care of. If you could imagine all the comforts of home in a very special place. All three of our boys, family pet and ourselves truly enjoyed staying here and will be returning!

Very nice home with golf cart!
Loved cruising on the golf cart to the pools, ocean, and around the village. Nice, clean home with comfortable beds and couch! Loved the big screen and use of toys (surfboards, scooters) in the garage. Extra roomy golf cart was an added plus!! Hope to stay again in the future!

Cute little gem
This is our 3rd stay in the village and this was our favorite house so far. Checking in was easy, just had to wait while the cleaning crew finished up. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because even though they were still cleaning when we arrived, I had to clean some things - I think maybe my “clean” just isn’t the same as most though, lol. The house is decorated nicely and the back screened patio was our favorite spot. The kitchen appliances worked fine. It could stand to have more plates, but we managed fine. The space is adequate for 6 people which is what we had. The golf cart is amazing, and seated all 6 of us at once which is rare. The listing says there’s no beach towels, but there actually was plenty of them, so that was nice. The outdoor shower is great and there’s a shed there with chairs and toys which kept us from spending a ton on those things- awesome! We grilled out one day and the grill worked great, very nice. I wish the grass had been mowed, but it didn’t keep us from doing anything. Kevin is great to work with and very responsive. We would rent from him again :)

Amazing Oceanside Village vacation
This listing is FABULOUS. Everything is pretty much brand new. OS Village is great. Secured community, golf carts, indoor/outdoor pools plus hot tub. Stocked lakes for fishing, basketball, volleyball, etc. if you want it. 3 minute drive/10 minute drive to the beach. SECURED/PRIVATE parking lot just for OSV guests right next to the Conch. Thus particular house is really top notch. Very Spacious, laid out very well with an open floor plan. Perfect for our family of 4, our dog, and grandparents visiting. Plenty of room. Coffee/breakfast on the deck in the morning, overlooking the canal was our favorite. Plus, a 6 seater golf cart (brand new) and an awesome Property Manager in Kevin. We plane to come back as soon as we can ( we're from Jersey so it is well worth the long trip). Don't hesitate to book this listing!

The house was very clean and the golf cart was very new and very good to use. The beach is just a few minutes drive and the private parking helps and it was a great place to stay. the view in the backyard is great add on bonus. The host is very friendly and we will for sure visit them again.
