Our thoughtfully designed studio features a kitchenette, a luxurious King bed, a cozy living area and tropical resort views. The kitchenette offers a mini refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster, and dinnerware for breakfast and snacks on the go. Drink your morning coffee at the dining area or while relaxing on the couch, enjoying unparalleled views of the Resort! And after a long day of sand and surf, sink into the luxurious king bed and binge your favorite show on our HDTV. If additional sleeping quarters are needed, our cozy couch doubles as a twin sleeper sofa. Guests can also enjoy the spacious bathroom with tub/shower combination and ample counter space.

Convenience is key at 6322 Luau II! We are pleased to offer our guests keyless check in, complimentary WIFI, and beach tram passes. Luau has one of the nicest pool complexes in the Resort, complete with a waterfall, separate kiddie pool area and hot tub. The pool deck also has its own seasonal snack bar and often during summer weekends has live music. Luau also has a fitness center equipped with modern treadmills, stationary bikes and a weight machine.

The Baytowne Wharf on the bayside of the Resort is home to restaurants, boutique shopping and entertainment. Also nearby is the Silver Sands Outlet Center and Grand Boulevard for specialty boutique shopping and upscale dining. There is something for everyone - tennis, four golf courses, a full marina, walking and fitness trails, bicycle rentals, the list goes on!

CANCELLATION: Reservations booked through VRBO-HomeAway that are cancelled more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 46-59 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less the $250 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival will receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance.
