From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel right at home at the "Oslo". With features like an in-bedroom fireplace, a private hot tub under string lights, and an open floor plan from kitchen to family room you will have memorable experiences with friends and family filled with love, connection, and great conversation. Prepare for true relaxation and comfort.

The Space:
Entire home - First and foremost, we like to boast about our bedding: each bed is equipped with white premium bamboo sheets (a step up from Egyptian/Turkish 100% cotton) bamboo is sustainably sourced while offering a soft touch and a dry comfortable sleep. Secondly, if the sheets didn't impress you, our alternative down, gel-infused, hotel pillows will! Expect to have the best sleep of your life. Lastly, every TV comes equipped with Roku TV (Guest Mode) so you can sign in to your favorite services without skipping a beat and all the while not having to worry about forgetting to log out (each TV auto logs out after your stay).

Family Room - Come and sit around the fire as you turn on your favorite movie. You won't want to leave as you melt into our comfortable rustic leather chairs

Master Bedroom - Featuring a queen-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a full en-suite attached private bathroom (includes a bath and a shower). TV also included.

Guest Room 1 - Contains a full-size bed, private closet, and a view!

Guest Room 2 - Called the Bunk Room, there are 5 twin beds available across a couple of sturdy bunkbeds.

Guest Room 3 - This room has a twin over full bunk bed and a hidden slide-out twin-sized trundle underneath for a plus one.

First-floor Ensuite - The Queen sized bed is comfortably positioned next to the fireplace. Also includes a full en-suite attached private bathroom and a wall-mounted TV.

Kitchen - This is where all the magic happens, including all your standard appliances and a gas range.

Dining - You can have some serious game nights here. Seats up to 10 with the added leaf extensions.

Bathrooms - Every bathroom is equipped with fresh towels and showers come stoked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers.

Outdoor Space - Deck with a view, string lights and a private hot tub.

Garage - Great for storing your gear and up to 2 mid/small-sized cars.

Guest Access:
Access to the home is through a digital keypad on the front door. For pool and clubhouse keys you will find a lanyard with said keys in the drawer next to the fridge.

The Neighborhood:
You will experience kind and accepting people with a strong passion for the outdoors in Park City. Rated 10 of 10 for safety, you should feel right at home. The "Kodiak" is located in the exclusive Bear Hollow Village positioned just a stone's throw from the Utah Olympic Park and the famous green Olympic ski jumps.

Getting Around:
Centrally located between Kimball Junction and Park City Mountain resort, you have multiple options for public transportation, easy access through Uber/Lyft, or driving yourself. Everything you need is just minutes away, even on skis or a bike!
