This 6 bedroom, 4 full, 2 half bath Outer Banks rental with an elevator is loaded with amenities. The indoor rec room will surely be a kids' favorite and the wet bar will be a hit with the adults. Outside, the private pool will gift days of fun in the sun to the entire family! Fire up the gas grill to prepare delicious seafood filets and then spend your evenings relaxing your cares away in the bubbly hot tub. In addition to the many amenities, Mint Julep is also an oceanside home that's less than a fifth of a mile away or a quick 3-minute walk from the beach!

The ground floor holds the rec room with a mounted smart TV on the wall and an air hockey game that will offer hours of fun competition. The pyramid bunk bedroom gives the kids plenty of space with a twin bed on top and full on the bottom. There's also a queen bedroom and a shared hall bath. This level holds a convenient laundry area. In the backyard, you'll find the private pool and hot tub, where your days and nights will be spent swimming and soaking under Outer Banks skies!

When going between levels you won't have to labor up and down the stairs -- there's an elevator to use if you prefer! The mid-level holds three other bedrooms including a master king. The attached master bath has been renovated with new vanities and marble/tile in the spacious shower. There are 2 additional queen bedrooms that share a hall bath with a shower/tub combo. All the bedrooms even have mounted smart TVs! The mid-level comes complete with a front and back covered porch and patio area that's perfect for refreshing outdoor lunches!

The top level has breathtaking cathedral ceilings that will certainly catch your eye as you enter. There's seating for 6 at the dining room table, with additional seating for 4 at the round table and 3 more at the bar! The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything necessary for chef-prepared meals at home. You'll find a convenient half bath on this level as well. We know you'll love the time you'll spend on the front and back sun decks, sipping your morning coffee, or soaking up some afternoon rays. The top-level holds the final bedroom -- a master king en-suite bath and direct deck access!

Kill Devil Hills - An Essential Area for the Best OBX Attractions

While you certainly don't HAVE to leave Mint Julep to find some leisure, we urge you to still explore the bustling attractions of Kill Devil Hills! Guests looking to learn more about the history of the Outer Banks should stop by the Wright Brothers National Memorial to the north or Jockey's Ridge State Park to the South in Nags Head. The historic Avalon Pier is a great place to spend an afternoon fishing while Nags Head Woods offers the perfect opportunity to observe the flora and fauna of the island. Sample fresh seafood and other local fares at one of several restaurants close by including Pigman's Bar-B-Que, Mama Kwan's Tiki Bar & Grill, Miller's Seafood & Steak House, Country Deli, The Kill Devil Grill and Beachcombers Tiki Hut where you can also enjoy oceanfront dining! Head to Bob's Grill for a breakfast of champions! If you're super hungry you can try their dozen-egg omelet, but we bet you won't finish it. Prove us wrong! For lunch or dinner, you can't go wrong with a burger from Jack Brown's Beer & Burger Joint -- all their delicious burgers are made from 100% wagyu beef. The Outer Banks Brewing Station offers fun for the entire family! They have cornhole and acoustic performances in the large outdoor fenced-in area most nights from 6-9 PM and live bands for the adults from 10 PM to 2 AM! Whether you spend your days lounging in the pool, relaxing by the ocean, or exploring Kill Devil Hills, you'll love staying at Mint Julep!
