Spending time here wouldn’t be complete without sharing it with your loved ones. Smoky Waters Lodge is a large home, (3200 square feet), that can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. Located in the enclave of Bluff Mountain, this home is minutes away from the action in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. From the immaculate primary suite and its one-of-a-kind giant walk-in shower, to the large covered pavilion with propane fireplace and movie screen, sturdy bunks, and a game room with pool table, arcade and family games, there is simply nothing more you can dream of in this home. However, this perfect oasis to escape the stress of your everyday life wouldn’t be complete without a full-size chef’s kitchen, finished with all the appliances and fixtures. There's no meal that can’t be prepared here to enjoy on the covered deck. Smoky Waters Lodge is waiting for you.

This cabin is designed for families, friends, and groups seeking a memorable getaway. With four king bedrooms, a twin over full bunk bedroom, and an additional sleeper sofa in the game room, we comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

Endless entertainment awaits with family games, a pool table, and an arcade game. Enjoy movie nights on the 75" smart TV in both the family room, game room and covered pavilion. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to create culinary masterpieces, and the two decks are perfect for unwinding in the rocking chairs or soaking in the hot tub.

Nestled on a wooded lot, our cabin offers a peaceful retreat where mountain views captivate from the decks or pavilion. Relax in the rocking chairs or dine al fresco. Catch a movie on the projector, hang out on the covered pavilion by the fireplace.

Located just 15 minutes east of Sevierville, you'll find essential amenities nearby, including a Walmart, grocery stores, and a variety of dining options. For a true treat, don't miss out on dining at our favorite spot, The Appalachian. (Make reservations now and enjoy our favorite restaurant!)

Guest must be at least 25 years old to book.
Guest must have a rating of 4.6 stars or higher (from previous stays) to book this home.
$120 cancellation fee will be assessed on all guest initiated cancellations.

The location is fantastic, however, caution must be used when accessing outdoor areas. Diligence and adult supervision are important with all ages. The driveway, decks, stairs and pathways are fun to explore but can be slippery with moving soil and rocks.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one on-site 24/7.

We appreciate all guests being aware of the weather conditions during their stay. We are not responsible for power outages, internet outages or maintaining the condition of the roads, decks, and driveways in the event of rain, ice, snow, etc.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for inclement weather, power outages, internet outages, illnesses, or extenuating circumstances.

Please do not move or relocate the pool table, indoor or outdoor furniture.

The covered pavilion with fireplace is amazing! The fireplace is not for cooking or roasting. No food in the fireplace.

Wildlife is abundant in a beautiful wooded, secluded area. Be aware that bears and other wildlife, including bugs, are a part of the Smoky Mountain woods experience.

This is bear country. Keep all car doors locked and free of trash and food. Do not feed the bears.

Due to the wooded and hilly location, there may be times where internet service may be slow or out for periods of time. Starlink is new to our area and is working great so far!

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. No vaping. No Marijuana. No glitter, hair dye, or tape. Fines will be assessed.
If you vape, please do not book this home.

Pets are not allowed on the premises. This is our family home and our son is extremely allergic. Please no pets of any kind.
