New vinyl flooring in entry and living room. This 1BR, 1BA condo has everything you need for that home away from home feeling. We have an electric fireplace, an echo dot to check the time, weather, and control the thermostat, 2 TVs with basic cable and a Roku. We supply all the basics (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, towels, linens, laundry and dishwasher detergent) and a few extras like coffee, tea, coffee syrups, filtered water, board games, and DVDs.

We have an electric BBQ grill, so you can BBQ on the patio with a golf course view or cook inside with a full kitchen. If you are like me and don't want to cook while on vacation, there are several dining options within 5 miles of the condo.

It is great for families because there is so much there to keep the kids entertained, including indoor and outdoor pools, a tennis court, volleyball court, shuffle board, mini-golf, and an indoor community room with shuffle board, foosball, and a pool table. In the community room, there is a poker table and a weight/exercise room. You won’t get bored whether you choose to stay at the condo or explore Branson. There is also a marina on-site on the river side.

Our condo backs up to Point Royale Golf Course, which is open to the public.

The condo is conveniently located in Branson less than 10 miles to Silver Dollar City, the Branson Landing, and Moonshine Beach. The most popular entertainment restaurant, Dolly Parton's Stampede, is only about 5 miles away.
