A double wide trailer home located 1mile from 76 & DQ in the town of Goldendale, sets on 10 acre lot with pond. We have 5 koi fish in here, no fishing, no swimming is allowed. No skating during winter month where pond is icy and sleek. Golf cart temporarily unavailable. 3 bedrooms, has 2 queen bed and 1 full bed. Has 2 bathrooms. Entire kitchen is functional, spices, oven, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave etc. Bar height dining table and chairs seats six people.

Laundry washer and dryer could also be use, ironing board also available. TV along with the office table and another TV in the leaving room with couch and love seat with other 2 recliners (No sleeping in any of the furniture please). Sun room has patio set.

Guest has full access in the sun room.

Guest can use the BBQ grill provided at the back of the house. Enjoy picnic outside, can contact the host for folding tables and chairs.

Excellent Long-Term Stay for Our Crew!

We rented this VRBO for a little over a month for our field crew to stay in during the work week, and it was a great experience! Our crew had no complaints, and the property suited our needs perfectly. The property manager was fantastic—easy to work with and very flexible throughout our stay. Great location

This was our second time staying at this location. It is so quiet and peaceful. The house is well stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. The sunroom is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee. Would definitely stay again.

Fair Time Escape

The Little (BIG!) House

Peaceful home close to so many adventures!

This home was the perfect place for my parents and I to stay during our time in Goldendale. It is very close to the observatory (we highly recommend getting the free tickets for the evening program!). Even with temperatures in the high 90s/100s we were very comfortable inside. In the mornings, we enjoyed coffee on the sun porch while watching deer and birds in the field. We would love to come again!

Awesome place to stay

We stayed here with two other couples to explore the Goldendale area and were very comfortable. The beds were firm and comfy, the couches very comfy, the kitchen table a great place for gathering. The enclosed patio was an awesome place to hang as well (even in the heat) with a nice breeze most of the time. Great views and we even saw deer. It was close to town with easy access to the grocery store. We also highly recommend the Goldendale Observatory program. It was awesome.

Excellent Value! The home was very clean and comfortable. The enclosed back porch was perfect for wildlife watching. We did not spend our days at the house. We brought motorcycles and road every day, so having a kitchen with all the utensils necessary was awesome for a sit down breakfast together, and dinner when we returned. Enjoyed our stay and very appreciative of the comfortable beds, showers etc. And the price was great. Thank you so much. Marie

Clean and cozy

The house was very clean, cozy and had lots of room. Very well stocked with lots of supplies. The sunroom area was absolutely our favorite! The view of the pond with deer that went by and different birds and hawks was so lovely. Plus you can see Mt. Hood too!! Amazing! The rooms could use some room darkening curtains as it got really bright early mornings. There was different trucks and trailers being stored to the left of the house not in the pictures, not a huge deal just a little different then expected. There was also a tapping sound under the house near the back two bedrooms so the two of us moved away and stayed in the master bedroom. Overall we loved it! Gorgeous area!

This host cancelled our booking on the morning of our stay because she had already booked it on another site and had failed to take it off Vrbo because she was ‘suspended’. She lied and said it was due to ‘natural disaster or damage’ until I pressed for a better reason. We ended up spending $100!s more because of our limited options not to mention the inconvenience at the last minute. And we were attending a family funeral coordinating people from 3 states. Just totally unacceptable. How is she allowed to do this and get away with it?
