Beautiful and completely remodeled 3 bedroom Apartment . It is fully equipped with what you need to enjoy, relax and have a great vacation time. We are located 5 minutes from the airport in Isla Verde PR, with close proximity to outstanding Puerto Rico must see sites. Our Apartment is just steps to the beach. The Blue Ocean and the warm Caribbean Breeze will make you feel in the perfect vacation spot. The place is withing a walking distance to restaurants, bars, pharmacies. Welcome to Paradise!

Pleasant stay

We had a great stay in this apartment in Puerto Rico! The location was excellent—just a short walk to the beach, which made it perfect for our group of friends and family. The apartment was neat and spacious for 2 families. However, the property itself felt a bit old and didn’t offer a direct beach view. Parking spaces in the community were quite small, so a compact car is recommended. Also, the elevator wasn’t in the best condition. Despite these minor inconveniences, we truly enjoyed our time here thanks to the great location and overall comfort. Would rate it 4 stars!

Steps to the Beach!

We loved the short walk to the beach. Close to the airport but the planes taking off create more noise than expected both early morning and late evening. The host provided beach towels and chairs. The kitchen is moderately well stocked-the frying pans need to be replaced but otherwise we had all the equipment we needed. Within an easy walk to the beach and about a 20 minute walk to the grocery store. At the moment, the neighbour is completing pool repairs-the jackhammering had been starting at 8 am. If you're sensitive to noise, this might be a bother. If you're heading out and about during the day, I wouldn't worry about it. The hosts responded to any questions right away. Overall this is a good rental.

Great Location

Pictures don’t do this place justice. Air conditioning works great. 2 minute walk to the beach. No frills stay, has beach chairs and sufficient towels. Bring your own toiletries. The elevator is troublesome but host responded right away. This place comes with a parking space as well which was great for our rental.

Nice location

This was my very first time staying at a VRBO listing as i typically stay at hotels. The host was very nice from the time I left my destination and the time I arrived in Puerto Rico. He was very helpful to different spots to go to. He responded quickly as I did get lost at first looking for the apartment and he was able to explain to the taxi driver and we were literally right there. The apartment was much bigger and nicer than what it showed in the pictures I was very impressed. The only downside that I had was that the trash can in the kitchen had some kind of spillage or something at the bottom. So the person that had the apartment before is just put a new trash bag in there but did not clean out the can and the kitchen started to give a bad oder. We had to clean it out with bleach and throw away the bags that had moldy stuff in the trash can. I just wish that something like that would have been checked before the next guest arrived. This is small, he does provide towels and hand towels but I wish that he also provided wash cloths. That is minor but that was something that I missed. Other than that the apartment was nice.

Great location!

This property is a must, only half a block to the beach. The condo has been recently renovated and has everything you need to make it an awesome stay. I will definitely be returning to this place. Eric was very responsive and very helpful
