We have one camera on our front porch. It is there simply to protect package deliveries, and prevent any bad activity. There are no cameras inside.

We have a quiet hours policy from 10PM to 7AM.

Fantastic place!

This was our second stay here, and it was great for our purposes. The host was very easy to get a hold of and responsive when I made a booking mistake, place was very clean. Will likely be back again!

False advertising in every way

First of all the property is listed as a town home. This is absolutely not the case, it is an apartment! Three stories up, no elevator. Not to mention cigarette smoke was present in the apartment. The apartment smelled heavily of smoke as soon as we entered. It was listed as a smoke-free home. Not only was there a very present smell of smoke, there were cigarette burn holes on the couch that was stitched up in places and the host was aware of that. The apartment was so gross, the toilet had blood, feces splattered in bowl and urine on it, we literally couldn’t stay there after seeing that. We tried to get our money back so we could get a hotel room last minute but when we talked to the host she yelled at us without provocation and ended up hanging up on us when she was done screaming at us that she would not refund our full amount. We had to contact VRBO to get some of our money back. The host did not allow us to get it all back, and claimed on the cancellation that we were under aged so she didn’t look like her place and herself were the problems, which they absolutely were the problems.This host should not be allowed to have her place listed on any sites to rent out as a smoke free, luxurious town home!! This place was a smoke filled, dirty, apartment!! Don’t get scammed like us! This host is bad news and will not give you a full refund if you find out the hard way by booking this place.

Did not realize it was on 3rd floor. Not the cleanest place we have stayed. Got there around 430pm and cleaning crew was still inside "cleaning".

Great location, average property

The location of this apartment was perfect for being close to what we wanted to do. We felt very safe in the area as well which was important for an all female group. There were a few problems we ran into with wasps on the porch and a lot of stink bugs inside the apartment. The entire apartment just needed a good deep cleaning from the fan blades being covered with a lot of dust to dingy towels/washclothes. Decent place just needs a bit of cleaning/tlc

Everything was great, the unit was a little hard to find inside the complex but we figured it out. Also we were not allowed to use the pool, when we tried some guard said it was for tenants only.

Our overall stay was pleasant. The place was clean and well-stocked with essential items. The location was great close to everything we needed. The beds was super comfortable but, not much with the sectional in the living. Love all special touches that added to making out stay enjoyable.

The property was very clean and close (about 10-15 minutes) to everything including the space center and botanical gardens. Communicating with the property manager was fast and easy. It was perfect for our family of four. We would definitely stay again.

Communication was great. Timely, thorough, and responsive to questions or concerns. Check-in process was accurately communicated and easy to execute. The location was nice and the neighbors could not be heard. Check-out process was as easy checking in. Would definitely rent again if in the area.

The place was so beautiful and so clean!

As soon as we opened the door, it smelled wonderful and fresh and clean. All of the linens were crisp, the community pool actually had reclining chairs inside the pool, the only thing was it was a little hard to find, do not pay attention to the numbers on the garage doors. There is coffee provided but don't forget to bring your own milk and sugar. An excellent place to stay for four people, there was a queen size bed and two twins.

College Drop Off

Very nice to drive from Colorado find a quiet and clean place to stay. Easy access to everything we needed for dropping our kid off at college. Will definitely check availability for future trips back to Huntsville.

Perfect getaway

Myself, my husband and our two teenage boys loved this property! Plenty of room for us to spread out, cook our own meals, play cards, and have our own spaces. We were close to the Space and Rocket Center and lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Right thimbs up from this family!!!!
