Spacious 1 Bedroom Apt - 3 min Walk to the Beach!

A perfect place for 1-4 people to stay! You will have plenty of room, shared use of a grill, backyard, and outdoor dining area. Location is fantastic - it's only a 3 minute walk to the lagoon/beach, 20 minute walk to the Oak Bluffs harbor, 25 minute walk to downtown Oak Bluffs, and 7 minute drive to State Beach.

We have central AC and heat to keep you comfortable no matter what the temperature is!

The owners live upstairs with their two young kids (4 & 6). As such, this listing is for early-risers ready to enjoy the beauty of island mornings :)

Cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's a quiet neighborhood away from the town (if you want to get to the Oak Bluffs "town," it's over a mile walk). Our host, Josh, was upfront about the family noise from his home upstairs and it wasn't an issue for us.

Great apartment!

My husband, my 5 year old and I visited the island and we really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean and had everything we needed including beach gear. The hosts were very accommodating. Location was fantastic. I would recommend this place! It was a 10/10

This place was excellent! Super clean , everything you need whether cooking, going to the beach or staying in. Hosts were very responsive and super accommodating. 15 minute walk to town, 2 minutes to the lagoon beach Would stay there again

This property is lovely and larger than expected. It’s a short drive to downtown OB. Check in was easy and communication with Josh was smooth. I would certainly choose to stay here again.

Perfect location

We had a great stay! It was the perfect size for my husband and I ! We were able to get to our friends house in Oak Bluffs and Downtown so easily! The little beach at the end of the block was so beautiful and peaceful!

Quiet and pleasant

This is the second time we've stayed at this location. Loved being just a few steps from the pond. Bit of a longer walk (about 20 minutes) to get to town but still very walkable. The host family was extremely responsive and helpful. 4 stars overall due to the apartment needing a dehumidifier. The apartment could get very muggy which was sometimes uncomfortable after coming in from a hot day.

The property was clean and the owners were very accommodating. They had information about places to go/see in the apartment and were very responsive to my inq before and during my stay. They even had beach equipment for our use- very convenient.

Perfect for our needs

We stayed for three nights with our two children. It was perfect for our needs at a fair price. Extremely clean and comfortable with ample room for our small family. The space is neither rustic nor fussy and it felt safe for our toddler. We particularly appreciated the parking space and beach gear, washer dryer, pack and play and mini-split AC. We felt right at home with the family atmosphere of the property. We will certainly try to stay here again next year!

Wonderful Stay at Martha’s Vineyard!

The moment we walked into the property we felt as if we were home! This space is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you’ll need as a home base for your stay on Martha’s Vineyard. The communication with owners is easy. They were even kind enough to give us a few suggestions as it was our first time on MV. They do have small children that you might hear in the morning but DO NOT let this deter as it is not a problem. I had the pleasure of meeting Josh, one of the owners, as we were leaving. He’s a delightful person! We will definitely make this our “home” again the next time we plan a trip here.

This was a great place to stay

We had a great time in this property. Booking it was seamless. Check in was seamless. Along with the key there is useful information on the island. Josh proved to be a great host within an hour of our arrival when my husband accidently locked us out. Josh didn't make us feel bad and was very accommodating. The property was just as pictured...clean, cozy and spacious. It is perfect for two adults or a family with small children. The kitchen appeared to have what was needed though we ate all meals out. The front room was a perfect place to do a few hours of work while my husband slept. The bedroom had a Queen bed and a hanging rack for our clothes. There was a family room perfect for watching tv. The property is the first level and Josh and his family with young children live on the upper floors and could sometimes be heard. I am an early riser and my husband sleeps hard so that had no impact on our vacation. Its a little over a mile but we walked into Oaks Bluffs a few times during our stay. It is an easy relaxing 25 minute walk into downtown Oaks Bluff. We rented a car and walking avoided the parking issue. We drove into Tisbury and Vineyard Haven. There is a small lake steps from the door...a great place to watch the sunset. The property came with linens, beach towels and a few chairs. It was perfect. If you are looking for comfortable and well kept lodgings for a value...this is it. We would absolutely rent again and recommend it highly.

Nicely updated place. Nice family. The owners live upstairs and they could be heard getting ready in the morning but we are early risers so it didn’t disturb us. Location was very convenient for our purposes. Owners were very responsive and helpful. There was apparently a delay in the arrival of the sofa bed so it wasn’t available for our stay but they provided a blow up mattress. The accommodations were very comfortable and we’d stay there again.

Perfect spot on the island

The photos don’t do this property justice! You have the whole bottom floor of a large family home- to include your own living room, kitchen, dining room and bedroom. The location is PERFECT especially for the price as hotels on MV can be very expensive. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful- seem to genuinely want to make sure their guest are happy and comfortable. Can’t recommended highly enough!

Great Weekend Away

This property was perfect for our two night stay in Martha's Vineyard! Josh was a fantastic host and made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. The unit was spacious and very clean. The location was good- a nice walk lead us to the center of Oak Bluffs. We had a great time and I'd recommend staying here :)

My family and I stayed at this property for a few days and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent as everything is a short drive away. The host was very friendly, responsive, and hospitable. They even provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and other activities. Perfect place

My Martha’s Vineyard vacation was unexpectedly extended and my boyfriend and I needed a place to stay. I was lucky to find this listing and Josh answered all of my questions promptly and couldn’t have been more accommodating. The apartment was way more spacious then it looks online with plenty of room to cook and relax.. The close proximity to town is convenient as well. We look forward to staying here again when we are back next year!

Amazing experience and week!

Joshua and his wife were so nice and welcoming for my boyfriend and I. They responded any questions within minutes and took care of us so well. If I visit again this summer will definitely be staying with them again!
