With an open layout in the living room, dining area, and kitchen, the family can enjoy the quality time together. The breakfast bar can comfortably seat 4 while the dining table has seating for 8. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. The living room has upgraded wainscoting throughout the living area and ample seating for the whole family on the beautiful modern couches surrounding the large flat screen TV with Cable. The laundry room is also located off the kitchen and living area, so you won't have to worry about dirty clothes during your family vacation.

*NOTE: POOL HEAT is OPTIONAL and is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on this website. Additional charge of $35 per night (can only be added for the entire stay).

*It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, if requested AFTER check-in there will be an extra $35 connection fee.

*The maximum temperature of the pool is between 90-94°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.

*THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY. We only provide welcome amenities FIRST USE ONLY (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel), you may provide your own supplies for the rest of your stay.
