three-bedroom, two-bath home in a quiet neighborhood of World Golf Village has beautiful laminate wood floors though out. No carpet! Light neutral décor with high ceilings creates a bright and spacious place to enjoy your next get-a-way. Full kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space, and the eat-in nook along with the separate dining room offers plenty of seats for dining. Separate office or den, with a queen size sofa sleeper, is perfect for flexcations or for a quiet place to just read and relax. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer leads to a two-car garage. Enjoy the beautiful Florida climate as you visit with family and friends on the large, screened lanai with BBQ and additional dining space for entertaining. This home offers a split bedroom set-up with the owner’s suite at the back of the house and the additional two bedrooms at the front. This property has a 70" & 38" smart TV, both with Roku. If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach chairs they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 24 business hours' notice. All items subject to availability. Guests use their subscriptions to log into streaming apps. This house has no stairs and a shower-tub with bench and handrail.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village you are near two award-winning championship courses…The King & Bear and The Slammer & Squire. Long term guests also have access to the King & Bear lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis courts, and additional amenities. The Circles of Wellness Spa, great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall are also nearby. Only twenty minutes away you will find sandy white sparkling beaches and historic Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.

Getting Around:
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but for those who prefer walking there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away.

Other Things to Note:
We love animals, but there are strict rules that must be followed. NO cats please. Dogs must be under 45 lbs. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. Depending on the length of stay, additional screening may be required. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $150 for stays over 30 days. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises. Insurance will not allow aggressive breeds.

Interaction with Guests:
Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and chocolates to celebrate a special occasion. We have packages starting as low as $25. Crib, Porta crib, high chair, baby bath and changing table pad all available at no charge with 48 hour notice.
