The full-size kitchen offers incredible counter space and a cozy sitting area, ideal for preparing and enjoying home-cooked meals. Gather with family and friends around the extra-large dining table, where sweeping views create the perfect backdrop for memorable moments. Unwind in the spacious living area with a 55” flat-screen TV, or cozy up by the gas fireplace on cool winter nights. The open, screened-in wraparound porches provide stunning golf course and water views, inviting you to relax and soak in the beautiful Florida climate. With tile flooring throughout the common areas, a separate office with desk space, and a large laundry room featuring a full-size washer, dryer, and countertop, this suite is thoughtfully equipped for families, groups, or working vacations. For those traveling with little ones, baby items such as a crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, and porta crib are available upon request at no charge with 24 business hours’ notice (subject to availability). Elevator access and a luxurious primary bath with a walk-in shower and separate tub add extra convenience to this exceptional getaway.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the heart of World Golf Village, The Residences is situated on the 8th hole of the award winning championship Slammer & Squire Golf Course. Five minutes down the road you will find another award winning championship course…The King & Bear. Onsite you have access to a heated outdoor pool and a fitness center. Nearby, long term guests also have access to the King & Bear lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis courts, and additional amenities. Access to some of the K & B amenities requires a pass. The HOA rules require each guest to sign for the pass, so we regret we are unable to leave passes in the property unless we have advance notice.
The Circles of Wellness Spa, great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall are about five to seven minutes away. Only twenty minutes away you will find sandy white sparkling beaches and historic Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.
Getting Around:
To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but for those who prefer walking there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away.
Other Things to Note:
We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. No aggressive breeds OR pets over 50 pounds are allowed per HOA guidelines. For pet approval, please send a message to the host stating the breed, age and weight, along with photos of your animal and current vaccine records to comply with the HOA rules. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays of 6 months or more. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises.
