Accent pillows, side table lamps, and wall décor add a tropical flair to the room. A set of sliding glass doors lead to a spacious balcony that faces the gulf and overlooks the condo’s pools. Woven outdoor furniture, a TV, and a raised café-styled table make it the perfect spot for enjoying coastal breezes, sipping a margarita, and hanging out with family and friends. Back inside, the dining area is on the other side of the living room. It features a beachy table surrounded by vibrant yellow chairs. The adjacent kitchen has a raised granite-topped bar with three raised chairs, honey-toned cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances.

The condo’s master bedroom boasts handsome wood furnishings, a four-poster king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, and access to the balcony. The private bath has double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub beneath a tropical painting of swimming dolphins. With a shiplap accent wall, the guest bedroom gives off coastal vibes. The guest bedroom has one full bed, an additional twin bed, and utilizes a full hallway bathroom.

In addition to welcoming vacation accommodations, guests will enjoy access to various amenities when booking a stay at Ariel Dunes II. The condo complex has three impressive swimming pools encompassing 11,000 square feet of refreshing water. An on-site fitness center with cardio and weight machines has an entire wall of windows and glass doors overlooking the pool. Other amenities include a community BBQ grill and tennis courts. Guests receive discounted rates at Seascape Resort for golf, tennis, and recreational rentals. The shimmering shoreline is less than a five-minute walk from the building. *Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes II is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
