Our cozy cabin on top of Mount Pocono (directly across from the lake) is sure to create an unforgettable vacation experience. The modern upgrades combined with the original charming character of this cabin will provide you with everything you need during your stay.

Kitchen - Completely remodeled. Modern design. Stainless steel appliances. Fully stocked with cooking essentials (yes, including a Keurig, coffee pods, and dry coffee creamer!)

Game Room - 10-in-1 game table (including pool, foosball, ping pong, and much more). Board games. Card games. Lots of entertainment packed in this one room!

Outside - Lots of seating on front deck. Fire pit & comfy chairs. All surrounded by the Poconos woods. Just a short walk across the street to direct lake access!

**Bedrooms**
Downstairs - 1 queen bedroom. Super comfy bed. Right next to the completely renovated, modern bathroom.
Upstairs - 1 queen bed in the loft. Views of the lower living area. A truly unique experience to stay here!

Bathroom - 1 full bath (standing shower only) downstairs, right next to the bedroom. Completely modern & freshly renovated!

Keep in mind that since we kept the original charm and structure of this cabin, this means that it is not as insulated as newer homes. We have provided four space heaters for each part of the home to keep you warm in the colder months, and portable fans to keep you cool in the summer months.

You will have full access of the home, including an unfinished basement which has a brand new washer and dryer. A lockbox and physical key is provided to you upon arrival.

We have a Ring Floodlight Camera on the patio as well as Noiseaware monitors so that you can have peace of mind and security during your stay. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

A Guest Registration Form is required. It's a standard procedure aimed at enhancing safety for all residents and guests.

ℹ️ HOUSE RULES:
1. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests is 6, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Events/Parties: Not allowed.
3. Additional Guests: Please inform us if you wish to have any additional guests. Additional fees may apply.
4. Pets: Pets are welcome but must be registered before check-in. Kindly clean up after them to maintain our pristine outdoor spaces.
5. Good Neighbor Policy: Please respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, avoid trespassing on neighboring properties, and engage positively with neighbors.
6. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors. You may smoke outside but please dispose of waste properly.
7. Hot Tub: Please shower before using the hot tub to remove lotions, oils, and dirt. Avoid bringing glass or food into the area. Do not add any soaps, oils, or chemicals to the water. Always keep the hot tub covered when not in use and do not remove the chlorine floater. Guests are liable for any misuse or negligence resulting in damage and extra cleaning, which may incur additional charges.
8. Grill Use: We are pleased to offer a grill for your enjoyment. However, please do NOT use charcoal in the grill under any circumstances. Using charcoal will damage the grill, resulting in costly repairs or replacement. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fee for the replacement cost.
9. Propane: Kindly close the propane tanks after use. We do not supply propane but refills are available at local stores.
10. Trash Segregation: Please segregate your trash during your stay. Ensure all trash is bagged and placed in the garbage bins. Do not place any loose trash in the cans, and do not leave any trash or bags of trash on the ground outside.
11. Accidents: If any damage or stains occur, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.
12. Cleaning: We kindly ask that you keep the house tidy, as excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee. Also, if not following our rules leads to us having to refund or discount a future guest, you may be responsible for those costs.
13. Check-Out Time: We want to ensure our cleaners have enough time to prepare the house for our next guests. Please ensure you follow the check-out time at 10 am (unless otherwise agreed upon). Late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 every 30 minutes.

Violations such as excessive noise, unauthorized guests, failure to follow parking guidelines, tampering with security equipment, or disturbing the community may result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or cancellation of your reservation.
