🐾 Pet Policy: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a Pet rate of $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

🏡 30-Day+ Rental: This is not a short-term rental. This unit is a 30-day+ monthly corporate rental only—perfect for professionals, travel nurses, and those looking to move to Colorado Springs without the hassle of moving! Please keep in mind prior to booking that this is a basement listing. We happily provide a white noise machine and box fan in the unit for additional comfort.

Disappointed. Not as described. Ignored requests.

One of the reasons we chose this property was due to the advertising of the fenced in back yard that shows a picture of a fire pit with chairs and a bit of a Mountain View. However, upon our arrival we found that the backyard was completely unkept. Weeds & grass were waist high and thick throughout the back yard. We immediately texted the property manager (Renjoy), who did have someone sent out that evening. The yard was cleared by around noon the next day, but we had already lost that first day of use, & did not feel safe going back there with our young children knowing venomous snakes are known to be in the area & the yard had so recently been unkept. We requested a price adjustment for it not being as advertised, the first request was ignored, the second time I asked on the day we left she said she would be back with me shortly & never did. The 3rd request was ignored completely. At this point I’ve contacted VRBO directly. They told me it will be up to the property manager. The coffee maker didn’t work, we let them know & they instacarted a new one. The thermostat is located in the upstairs unit that is rented separately so you have to contact management anytime you want it changed (not convenient especially at night). Because it is located in the basement, the noise above is very loud. There was a nice couple staying above us (long term renters) who had toddlers & it seems the king bedroom is below the living area. Would not recommend. Disappointed in VRBO too.

Basement Disappointment

I would not rent this again. Only 2 vents, one in only one bedroom and the living room and it was controlled by whoever was staying in the rental above us. Coffee pot didn’t work in any plug so luckily we had one to use instead. Rain came in the entry door and we were greeted to a soaked welcome mat inside the entry door. Stayed one night and the next day a new family rented above us and we had to deal with screaming kids, pounding on the floor above us and it also sounded like a heard of elephants walking/running overhead. We had to leave the very same night and finish our 4 night stay in a hotel with no recourse for a refund even after explaining all of the above to the managing agent.
