Bilder sagen mehr als tausend Worte - und das gilt für Casa Frangipani. Willkommen in unserem Haus und wir sind begeistert, es mit Ihnen zu teilen. Unser Luxus-Penthouse ist ein von einer Art. Es hat einen großen, 800 sq. Ft. Deck, mit einem privaten Tauchbecken. Wir genießen einen Panoramablick auf die Bucht in der Front und schönen grünen Berge auf der Rückseite. Das Deck verfügt auch über einen Wohnbereich, ein Grillplatz und Mahlzeiten im Freien. Das 2-BR 2-BA Haus ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was Sie werden Ihren Aufenthalt luxuriös und komfortabel vornehmen müssen. Natürlich haben wir die offensichtliche Waschmaschine und Trockner, etc., aber wir sind auch stolz auf unsere Liebe zum Detail und hohe Qualität - von der Bettwäsche bis etwas so einfach wie ein Erste-Hilfe-Kit für Ihren Einsatz.

Unser Haus ist ideal für vier Personen, kann aber sechs bequem schlafen. Das große Sofa im Wohnzimmer zieht und ist ein komfortables Queen-Size-Bett mit dem zusätzlichen Vorteil, Aufwachen zu einem schönen Ozean Sonnenaufgang!

Für Ihre Unterhaltung haben wir Sachen Strand in der Bodega nach unten, eine Sammlung von Bücher, ein Schachspiel und eine Reihe von Filmen auf einem riesigen, 52-Zoll-TV zu sehen. Wir haben kein Satellit oder Kabelanschluss und das ist gewollt. Wir denken, dass Sie Windsurfen genießen werden weit mehr als Zappen! Wenn jedoch die Lust und Laune auf Ihre Lieblings-Shows, um aufzuholen, haben wir eine gemeinsame TV-Bereich nur ein Stockwerk über. Der Boden hat auch ein Common-Bereich Computerraum mit Internetzugang. Der gesamte Komplex ist Wi-Fi aktiviert, so können Sie im Internet sitzen auf Ihrem privaten Deck surfen! Der Boden oben hat auch einen gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum und Erholungsgebiet. Der Komplex hat auch einen großen, beheizten Pool mit palapas für Schutz vor der Sonne.

Die Wohnung Komplex ist einzigartig in der Gegend von Puerto Vallarta. Nur 52 Einheiten, ist es privat, mit einem Gefühl der Gemeinschaft. Und doch, es ist wunderbar nah an allen Dingen Spaß. Wir sind nur gegenüber vom Strand - buchstäblich! Wir haben eine Reihe von Restaurants - eines zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermärkten sind nur etwa 10 Minuten entfernt und der neue Wal-Mart ist kaum 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir sind 20 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, etwa 30 Minuten von der Innenstadt von Puerto Vallarta und etwa 45 Minuten von Sayulita. Taxis sind außerhalb der Anlage leicht zugänglich sind. Wir machen einen Concierge-Service, Flughafen Tropfen / Pick-up, Kochen, Ausflüge usw. Kontaktieren Sie uns und sagen Sie das Wort! Casa Frangipani is a dream!

My husband and our two teens stayed for a week and loved everything about this condo. The location is great, short cab ride or nice walk to a handful of great restaurants. The beach is right across the street and very clean and beautiful! Not to mention the little beach bar for margaritas and smoothies! The condo has everything you need to prepare meals, pack pick nicks, and the deck is to die for. Watching the sunsets while listening to the ocean waves was unforgettable! Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent Condo

Well appointed condo on top floor with views of sunset and your own pool. All appliances worked properly including air conditioners. At least 6 good restaurants within 20 minute walk. Everyone living and renting at condo were friendly but found the rest of the area pretentious.

Wonderful condo!

So enjoyed staying at this condo! Very quiet area even during the holiday week. Wonderful deck and dipping pool, awesome spot to watch the sunsets every evening! The view is gorgeous. Very comfortable, had everything we needed. Beach very accessible. Owners very responsive to questions. Able to access the area easily with uber, cabs also available, restaurants within walking distance. Did a few excursions during our stay which were fun (swam with dolphins, bean to bar chocolate workshop, and tequila tasking tour). We will definitely return!

We loved the view from the balcony and we were treated every day by a family of whales playing in the bay. The accommodations were fabulous. It has great access to the beach and nice to have a small pool on the balcony. the BBQ needs updating and the some of the outdoor furniture is broken. The beach chairs and boogie boards need to be replaced. But really loved where we stayed and is very quiet.

Wonderful time!

This is our annual "girlfriend getaway" and we loved the condo. The patio facing the ocean with the fantastic dipping pool was such a plus. We watched the sunset each night with a glass of wine and it was breathtaking. The condo had everything we needed. The only negative was the fitness center was empty of all equipment while we were there but that turned into a positive as we had wonderful morning walks on the beach instead. The property manager Sandra was a great help to us. We hope to return next year!!

Quiet beautiful view condo across from beach

This condo was great, it’s on the 5th floor with stairs or a small elevator to access. Our daughter slept on the pullout sofa which was about a 3” mattress but there was plenty of sheets, pillows and blankets to accommodate the third bed. The other two queen beds are firm and the pillows are mostly flat. Kitchen is well equipped. The pool on the condo deck is not heated but the community pool is heated and beautiful. The palapas and chairs around the pool were popular but we never had any issue finding a spot. The beach is across a quiet street and easy access. Sunsets are gorgeous everynight from the condo deck. The deck is mostly private but people can access the 6th floor above and do to mainly watch the sunset. Restaurants are mainly in other nearby hotels, but stand alone restaurants are a mile or more walk away. There is a nice walk or bike path to use. We will rent bikes next time. Closest grocery stores are Wal-Mart (via taxi) or almost 2 miles to Paradise Village shopping mall which is a smaller grocery store. Two other stores are next to Walmart. Great place for breakfast or lunch is Mr. Cream. La dolce Vita was a nice place for dinner. Most restaurants require a reservation. We took the bus to Puerto Vallarta and it took 45 minutes. Condo Nitta is a clean well managed and quiet property and so is this condo! Go here is relax!

Just Perfect!

We loved staying at this beautiful condo! The view from the deck and main room is absolutely stunning! We were very impressed with how well the kitchen is stocked! Everything is there to prepare and cook if you like- right down to good knives and a sharpener! If you choose not to cook, there are so many good restaurants within an easy walk or short taxi ride. We loved So Chill for breakfast- the best cappuccinos! Ole Vallarta- 2 dollar beer with great shrimp tacos- very very reasonably priced. Comfortable beds, with good linens and both bedrooms airconditioned as well as the main great room allowed you to spot cool the condo as necessary. Loved the fans though when the air conditioning wasn't needed. The water takes a long time to heat up for a shower- that's ok! It does heat up eventually and has great water pressure. The plunge pool on the deck is very refreshing. The grounds are beautifully kept and the large pool is a very comfortable temperature- it is heated just enough. There were lots of chairs and shade to be found around the pool. I wondered about proximity to the ocean, but it is literally closer to the beach than in many of the resorts we have stayed in- just through the back gate. The grounds are kept beautifully. We hope to stay here again. We have probably been to Puerto and Nuevo Vallarta twenty times, and this was by far our favorite VRBO we have had!

wonderful upscale condo

This is a very large, luxury condo which was well maintained in a very quiet area. The unit is actually much nicer than the pictures reflext. Thee is wonderful view of the ocean, which can easily be heard from the unit. It is well equiped and furnished. The beach is just a few feet from the property and leads to a beach bar called ETC where you use their loungers from 11 am to 7 pm. They serve a decent bar menu and basic drinks. There is nowhere else to eat within walking distance. There is a free tourist bus but it does not come very often. Taxi's are readily available and cost around $5 to Paradise Plaza, $20 to the Zona Romantica in Puerto Vallarta or $15 to Bucerias. There is 24 hours security and the staff is very helpful. The public areas are beautiul, very open, and well maintained. The dipping pool in the unit is not heated but the main pool is heated. The main deck of the condo is huge. There are two other balconies of the bedrooms but they are very small. As stated, there is no cable TV or local statin reception. There is a small collection of DVD's in the unit. This is a wonderful condo if you are looking for a quiet place to recharge your batteries and don;t mind either eating in or taking a cab to a resturant. Small children will do just fine. Teenagers will probably find it too quiet. Without cable TV, you will catch up on reading or even relearn the art of conversation.

Great Nuevo Nayarit location

This condo is located just across the street from the beautiful beach and ocean. Paradise Village and many restaurants are an easy walk on the well kept sidewalk and bicycle trail. One can view the sunset at night and the sunrise in the morning from the expansive private terrace. The unheated dipping pool is great for cooling off and the shared swimming pool is great for swimming lengths, just floating or relaxing poolside in the many lounge chairs. Our host, Michael, was attentive to our requests. The residents were all very compliant with the condo rules regarding Covid19. All in all, it was a great place for a much needed winter vacation. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Little get away

We were in the condo for a week. Just as the picture shows the view and location are unbelievable! The owners of the unit were very responsive and helpful however we really struggled with the property manager. He was hard to get a hold of and not super friendly. He was not helpful at all. We are well travelled so went about our days and knew where to go and what to do but if your not this way I would worry as the PM offered not much. The unit it self was spacious and had everything we needed, well stocked, beds were comfortable and has a patio to die for! We found the unit could have been cleaner. Globs of black hair in the drain and side patios very dirty, stained throw pillows, just overall needed a good clean. The unit also had no hot water in the showers (sometimes typical in Mexico) I was okay with it as it was refreshing my husband not so much. Everyone either living or renting in the complex were extremely friendly and nice. Security guards out front were very helpful and friendly. Some notes for the area: We rented bikes for the week at Vallarta Bikes (amazing owner) and explored the area this way. It was amazing! Nuevo has a beautiful bike path system that is safe and clean. You could get to everything you needed in 15mins or less. We had a lovely day in Bucerias. They have built a lovely path between Nuevo and Bucerias. Lots of great eating close by. Fajita Republic and Maizul were two of our favourites. Right out front on the beach they serve fantastic margaritas! The unit also has beach stuff so if you just want to chill on the beach and watch the sunset it was perfect. Overall pretty happy with our trip, great memories.

Spectacular rooftop patio view and comfortable clean condo

Enjoyed our two week stay. The weather and condo were lovely. It took us a few days to get to know the area and local bus schedules and restaurant locations, but once we got the lay of the land it was great. Although the dipping pool on patio was very cold, the main courtyard pool was warm, clean and gigantic. Spent many an afternoon there as well as at the beach bar across the road. Excellent margarita's there. Now for a few minor issues and/or suggestions: It took 5 or 10 min to get hot water in kitchen sink to wash dishes by hand, therefore we didn't bother to use dishwasher which may be why there wasn't any dishwasher detergent in unit. Frying pans need updating/replacing. Coffee maker needs replacing, had to place coffee pot on a slant so it would work and not overflow. Clothes Washer didn't work - leaked all over - informed proprety manager of this so may be already fixed... The guys were disappointed no available TV cable/satelite. Other than that, everything was great...beds were comfortavle and lots of hot water in showers, which doesn't happen often in Mexico! Thanks for sharing your "home away from home" with us. Hope you get to enjoy it yourselves sometime, on the off season anyway! Also, thank you for your polite and quick correspondance when we were planning our holiday. Vallarta Value

This property has everything that Vallarta has to offer. Close to the airport and the Malecon yet quiet and private. it is well equipped for entertaining, relaxing, cooking, lounging, etc. all the appliances function, great ocean views, a private patio with cooling off pool, comfortable beds, clean and neat. Perhaps best of all is that management, both on site and ownership, truly wants you to have an enjoyable time. Highly recommended.

A Wonderful Vacation!!

We spent a month at Casa Frangipani and the condo was exactly what we had hoped it would be. It has a wonderful outdoor space which really made the stay incredible. It allowed us to do as much or as little as we wanted to do on any particular day. We watched beautiful sunsets right from our very own viewing area! The inside is comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and their is privacy between the 2 bedrooms. The wi-fi was upgraded recently and worked well. Other residents/tenants were very friendly and welcoming. Sandra (Property Manager) took good care of all our needs especially when we first arrived as this was our first time in this area. The owners (Suparna & Michael) were fabulous to work with and always responded immediately to any enquiries we had. All in all it was a wonderful holiday and we have already booked for the winter of 2018!!. A great big thank you to Suparna & Michael for allowing us to stay in their beautiful condo.

Another Great Trip!!

This was our second year in a row staying in this unit so we knew what to expect. Its a wonderful condo with a view that simply can't be beat. There is nothing in your way as you get to watch the sun set every day. PV weather is amazing and the condo is as well. Very clean, well appointed. Internet worked fantastic this year which was great. I would recommend this place in a second and the owners are first rate to deal with.

LOVELY AND VERY QUIET CONDO

We stay at Casa Frangipani, last week and we love our stay there, Thank you Suparna for let us stay at your home!, we try to take care of yours as we take care of ours. The photos are exactly as you see the condo, clean and very well equipped. Even our stay was in Holy Week and the occupancy was around 100%, the condo was very quiet and noiseless, There is a beach club (ETC) right across the street, also there is the D Gourmet Deli, less than a block, (near Marival Residences) with great food and good prices, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, (they also offers delivery), The owners and the managers (Allison and Sandra) was very kind and helpful, with fast response and courtesy. We have an issue with the WiFi, It was slow and it has no full coverage in the condo. The only things we suggest to improve is the TV cable, (I think people like to see some news or sports games), the size of the mattress, and the WiFi, but we highly recommend this property and we hope that we can get back soon!

A very enjoyable stay

The pictures of the condo and terrace looked very good, but it is even better in reality. There is lots of room on the terrace, the pool is a wonderful bonus and the view of the beach is lovely. The condo is well equipped, nicely furnished, and very spacious. The condo complex is very nicely designed and the pool and surrounding area is very pleasant. The beach is beautiful and very easy to get to from the condo. The only negative is the lack of consistent internet service and no TV service, but there is a large selection of dvd's that can be watched on the TV.

A Fabulous Experience

We recently stayed in this condo at the Nitta and found that it exceeded our expectations! The unit itself was quite large and more than comfortable for our two-week stay. The balcony/terrace was even more beautiful than the pictures show! The beach is right in front of you so you are no further away than if you were staying at the RIU down the way. We found the owners to be very courteous and extremely helpful all the way through this process. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

The view from the deck takes your breath away. It's peaceful, tranquil and drop-dead gorgeous. The home was just the right size and the deck with the pool was more than we could ever ask for.
