Spacious, large home that can accomodate 3 families and close to pool. Riverfront access to walking paths and beach. Large commuity lawn for kids to play, tennis court/basketball and kids play structure.

2 golf courses, 2 boat launches very close by, 2 Restaurants, Ice Cream shop and Tower Pizza all walking distances away.

Perfect place for Crescent Bar Vacation w/ kids

We had 6 adults and 4 young kids (under 5 yrs) in our party, Mindy’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay. The home was spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a great location! Mindy was extremely hospitable and responsive to all of our needs and questions. We had an amazing time and would 100% recommend it to others looking for a vacation spot w/ friends w/ young families.

Great stay in Crescent Bar

My husband and I stayed here this past June with another family and had the best time here! The pool and playground was a short walk away which was perfect for our small kids, and you could easily take the trails down along the river. The house was immaculately clean and comfortable and it had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The upstairs spare room ended up being great for our kids to play in. We highly reccomend!

Would definitely stay again!

Had a great time staying here and would definitely stay again! Enjoyed watching the sun set and having good conversation on the back patio. Neighbors were super friendly. Bunk room was super convenient for the kids and they enjoyed having their own space where they could play. The only downfall about this place is there is no on street parking so if you bring a boat then you need to plan on finding overnight parking elsewhere.

The house worked out great, though we wish we could have access to the garage to store our air chair, skis, paddle boards and tubes. It was a lot to store as we had to park the truck and boat outside of the gated area. And we wish we could have had access to the pool all week but realized that was not the owners fault. Just disappointing for the amount of days and how much we had to pay. The owner was willing to give us a 10% discount. The owner was very easy to communicate with.

Great Crescent Bar getaway!

We've rented in the development before, this was our first time at this property and it was a great stay! The host had great communication and the house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids we even had a bedroom to spare. the kids bunkroom is a great space with a bonus tv area for them. The patio with both an eating table area and fireplace seating area was awesome. The kitchen is huge and the open concept family room worked out perfect for our group. The community pool and hottub are great. The parking is tight in most of this development - we had two trucks and a boat and the host connected us to the hoa office for an overflow parking permit which worked out great - there is also boat storage down the road we could have used as well.
