A wonderful home.

The stay was absolutely wonderful! Location was great, the decor was aesthetically pleasing, and I found myself romanticizing a life in Chula Vista. The master bedroom was absolutely stunning with their hand painted mural above the bath tub. I would say my downside was trouble with the coffee maker.

Not a luxury home.

Refrigerator not working first day. Microwave had a broken door handle with very sharp edges that cut one of our guests. They used duct tape to fix the door.Upstairs they were missing smoke detectors. Broke the CA law (safety code section 13113.7) Master bath drain was broken and had sharp edge sticking out which could have cut someone Lights switches did not work properly, and 1 bathroom light electrical was broken. 1 bed has no support to hold the mattress. Screws sticking out of sofa.

Luxury? No.

This is a decent house with limited amenities. It's the equivalent of a Hampton Inn. Lots of dead bulbs. Armoires assembled wrong, so drawers can't roll out. Cheap furniture. Garbage cans hadn't been emptied in a while - full of maggots.

It was overall good. A book for renters would be good to have for passwords, wifi. How to access apps...etc. Would have liked more kitchen supplies, bed comfort was ok.

Not a luxury home. Do not recommend staying. Had to report to Verbo before anything was fixed.

Refrigerator not working first day. Host first said if it could wait until we checkout to fix it since his handyman was out of town. I said No we had purchased groceries for our 5 day stay. He got approval from the homeowner to purchase a new one and it was going to arrive on the day we checked out. He told me why should he come if I was going to give him a bad review. If he would have done a proper walk though after last renter there would be no issues. All he was worried about was what kind of review I was going to give. Felt like I was being bullied into giving a good review not an honest one. Host would not take responsibility for any of my concerns kept blaming pervious renters. Andrea was nice not her husband. I will not be using this house again and would not recommend it.

Graduation Trip

We booked this home because we were attending my son's graduation. This home is thirty minutes or less from the airport, SeaWorld, the beach and the airport. I loved the fact that it was right outside all the city activities but close enough to get to all the fun. The home was very spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the space. The host was very responsive to any questions that I had. The neighbors were very friendly. This trip was a great first impression of San Diego. I highly recommend this place and plan to book in the near future.
