This WillowPoint creek Casita is one-of-a-Kind. 2200 sq ft of unique Relaxation. 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, pullout couch, 2 bathrooms, real fire place, outdoor pool island, Oak creek frontage, game room-with pool table, foosball, darts, digital Music machine.
Full Gourmet kitchen with all the pots and pans and utensils. With option to bring in executive chief to cook a meal for you. All spices and a raised bed garden with 22 different types of lettuce and vegetables. Romantic sounds of the creek, will bless you, every minute of your stay.
We allow pets . Max . 2 pets . It is more than 2 with previous permission by hosts .
There is a cleaning deposit fee, no reimbursability, $50 (cash) per pet . Please bring ihe fee with you at the time of check-in.

Important Note: The water level on Oak Creek increases 3+ inches during the rainy season, to that effect the Morman bridge might overflow . We recommend if you rent a car, to be an SUV or larger transportation.

A previous guest has written in her reviews that there are cameras in the Willow Point Creek Casita, as a result other guests have been inquiring about a concern. This statement is INCORRECT. These are wifi power extenders and a booster for a more powerful and efficient internet .

Back for a second time

We loved this location the first time we stayed last summer, so we were fortunate to be able to book a sudden getaway. Just what we needed. We enjoyed a rainy day with games and TV and cooking. Our second day was warmer and sunny. Everything was provided.

Stay at the Casita

We loved the property, and will definitely stay here again. Close to Sedona but far enough away to escape the tourists and have a peaceful retreat. Our hosts were helpful in giving us recommendations and overall great communicators. We also enjoyed trout fishing in the creek.

Quiet, Relaxing getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay here; the creek was fun and calming. The hot tub was relaxing and clean. The house had so much unique character, and almost everything we needed was available! Very thoughtful owners.

Like it used to be…

Home rentals have become a sketchy thing, many of them having gone corporate with people running the business that have never set foot on the property. This is definitely not one of those! The property manager is a gregarious, easy going, gentlemen who was amenable to questions and a font of information about the area! The pictures do not do this property justice, I was expecting a rather small kitchen and tighter quarters, and I got the exact opposite! I’m pretty sure you could park an SUV in that kitchen! The whole property has a comfortable, relaxed, feel to it that is conducive to recharging from life in general! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again… And as a sidenote from my husband: the beds are absolutely, amazingly comfortable!!!

Cornville Getaway

Don’t let the name Cornville scare you. The area is beautiful. The check in communications with the property manager was excellent. We were armed with options to eat, grocery stores, nearby wineries, etc.. The dirt road to the house is accessible with a car or truck. The road winds through the hills and there is a bridged creek crossing. When we arrived, we were greeted with a scenic and spacious house. The front yard has grass, trees, rose bushes, grapevines, pool. The back yard is a gorgeous view of the tall trees and the sounds of the creek below. There is a trail that leads to the creek. We brought two dogs and they had a great time exploring the huge yard and swimming in the pool. Inside the home is a well-stocked kitchen with all the necessary equipment to cook. We choose to cook for ourselves most nights. There are two good size bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large window view of the balcony and back yard. The music and wine themed dining and living room is well done. My wife worked 1/2 days and the WiFi connection was fine. We took the Jeep out to hike, trail riding, visit nearby towns, explore, as stopped at a couple of wineries. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a peaceful and secluded place to relax.

Amazing as always!

This is our third stay. It is absolutely amazing. We love it. The mosquitos were a little dreadful for me. But this was our first time staying this time of year. We enjoyed a different season. Honestly though all seasons are great to experience the views. We will be back soon! The host responds super fast and is available for any needs we have!

Beautiful casita on willow creek

Nicely appointed large 2 bedroom, 2 bath casita that overlooks Willow creek. It was beautifully decorated with music and wine theme with multiple grape vines growing on the property. The stars were beautiful, the water refreshing and you still had all the creature comforts. Would highly recommend this stay.

Exactly What We Were Looking For

The Casita was exactly what we were looking for and what we needed for our long weekend of rest and relaxation. Secluded, but not too far off the beaten path, that allowed us to relax and listen to the creek and enjoy each other and the solitude, or go to Sedona or Cottonwood. Every amenity conceivable was available for us and the owners were very attentive and responsive. We were disappointed that some of our "regular haunts" were unavailable for our weekend, but we actually were very lucky to come across the Casita.

Quiet, comfortable and relaxing

What a beautiful house/yard! Had a great stay, pool was nice to dip into in the heat of the day. Kitchen was very well stocked with condiments and spices. Would have liked to be there longer. Internet was great, had a little trouble with TV but host was quick and very helpful. It is a touch remote, which was perfect for me, the gravel road is well maintained and I was able to get back and forth in a wagon.

Perfect quiet get away

We visited the Casita to get away from the July 4th fireworks with our dogs. Reading the description and other reviews we were confident this would be a good choice. Our visit was perfect, the owners shared excellent directions and helpful details. The location is private and peaceful. We loved sitting on the back patio overlooking oak creek to enjoy morning coffee and relaxing as the sunset. The rest of the property is also beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with all the tools to prepare any meal. We only have positive comments and highly recommend the Casita. We are looking at our calendars to return.

Diamond in the rough

Great property. Very private. There are a couple of other houses around but it does not affect the privacy. The house is very well stocked and everything you need to make you feel like it is your home. Don't worry about the gravel road, wash out. Follow the instructions, rent an SUV, yes there is a little water to go through. The owners met us and guided us in. They stayed in contact and were very nice. A couple of miles down a gravel road and a private gate leads you to this cool property. It's about 10 miles to Cottonwood and 20 to Sedona. Go do your thing and then enjoy piece and quiet. Well worth it!

Gorgeous!

The casita is gorgeous and the property is well kept! The communication with the host was exceptional and they were very accommodating. The location is a bit rural which make chilling in the hot tub (where I spent my mornings), all the better. There’s a small river/creek that you can listen to while sitting on the patio or soaking in the hot tub. The small road leading to the casita is gravel and decently kept. We were able to make it in a Honda accord just fine. There are two ways of getting to the casita, one that drives through the previously mentioned river. But the other way, driving through Cornville, has a small bridge that made it perfect for our small car. The fact that this location has both a hot tub and a pool makes it a perfect location to stay year round. I would definitely rent again.

Misleading location

Had a rental car to get to this location. No where in the listing does it talk about essentially off-roading to get there. If you don’t have an SUV I don’t recommend. Also, no mention that if it rains you can possibly be trapped there or prevented from returning.

Beautiful and cozy

This was by far one of favorite properties we’ve rented. The owner was super friendly and generous with a stocked fridge, snacks and drinks. The property was gorgeous, fully fenced in so our dogs had a blast being off the leash. Very clean and cozy. We will definitely be renting again and highly recommend.
