We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The rooms were clean. The overall resort was family friendly and relatively quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. We will be back! ☺️

Condo was nice and as listed. The towel animals were cute and a hit with the kiddos. Coffee pot was missing so I contacted the owner. A new one was in the room before we made it back from the pool! The sliding door was hard to close and got harder as the week went on. This is supposed to be addressed. Check in process was a breeze. Property was nice. Pools could have been cleaner. Over would stay here again. James the owner was a pleasure to work with.

Very Impressed!

We were incredibly pleased with our stay. Everything was cleaned and well prepared for us. We had two free chairs on the beach that we normally have to rent in addition to our condo. We flew so had to pack relatively light. We were surprised to see there were plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, dish pods and dish soap there so we did not need to purchase our own just to leave it behind! The second floor also made it convenient to get to the beach. If the elevator was running slowly, we could easily take the stairs even with three kiddos. The splash pad, pool, and short walk to the beach was a huge hit for our kiddos. Definitely recommend for families with young children.

Wonderful!!

Had a great time room was awesome. However we had no toilet paper at check in thankfully we packed some. Elevator messed up the last two days which is out of their control but surprised it wasn’t fixed quickly.

Everything was great BUT

Everything was great, the ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the Splash Condominium rules for the beach is a little crazy. Other than that this particular unit was great. Don’t plan to bring a tent for the beach unless you can see your children from BEHIND the beach chairs. Oh and you can forget getting a set of chairs reserved, they’re always “reserved” even if someone leaves the beach for the day it stays reserved to that person. We had to basically bake in the sun to see our children who were playing in the water/sand.

Perfect family vacation

We’ve stayed at Splash many times with our younger kids and loved this unit. The decor was nice and being on the second floor allowed us to skip the elevator lines. We’d love to come back some day!

Great for a Get Away

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in this condo at Splash Resort. The room itself was very clean and well stocked with paper and cleaning supplies which was greatly appreciated. The only thing we found ourselves needing was trash bags, as there was only the one in the can upon arrival. Overall it was a good size for our family, with a broom and vaccuum available to fight the sand. The resort itself is about what you would expect from a place that's over 15 years old and frequented by families. A bit run down in looks, but still functional. The second floor location was a big perk, a elevator wait times could get a bit outrageous, so having the option to take the stairs helped a lot. And the view from the balcony was just as lovely. There is a $30 resort fee you pay to Splash on arrival to be aware of, it gets your parking pass and wristbands that need to be worn in the pool areas. We loved the included chair rental and spent almost all our time on the beach.

Great for our small kids!

Our family of 5 (kids: 5, 3 and 4 months) really enjoyed our stay at Splash! The entire hotel is kid friendly and we loved the water park!!! The room was clean and just enough space for all of us! My only complaint is the bed is pretty firm but honestly, it wasn’t terrible for our short stay! We’ll definitely stay again in the future!

Perfect vacation

Everything was just amazing. I have stayed thru vrbo multiple times but this was by far the best vacation, meaning that every detail was as described. Condo just as pictured, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, balcony view with the most beautiful beach. Yes, elevators are very slow and super crowded but we just walked the stairs and got our steps in each day. Check in and out were easy and the owner very responsive and carrying. We enjoyed our week at this condo and will definitely be back next summer. Thank you again for having us. Natasa.

Family Vacation

This is our third trip to splash and our first for this condo. We enjoyed our stay and it fit our needs wonderfully. My only suggestion would be to add some hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels and suits. The sliding door was extremely difficult to open and close, almost felt like we were going to break the handle off. The master bath tub didn’t drain well at all, but nothing that impacted the trip. It would be such a nice addition to the resort of Splash added a ramp instead of stairs. It’s a struggle to carry a wagon full of beach necessities up and down the steps. So many families, including ours seen struggling.

Perfect for family!

My husband and I stayed with our 6 year old and 13 month old. This second floor room is perfect. We were able to use the stairs often during busy times to avoid waiting for the elevator. The room was just as pictured and the view was amazing! This resort was a great option since the water park and beach access were so close and could easily go back and forth to room when needed. James was great along the way with a few questions we had, would definitely pick this room again. Parking garage gets full but we expected that.

Mr. Mann was so friendly and easy to work with. Everything at the property is nice and clean. The room was great! Everything well taken care of. Only thing I would recommend is a ramp from the beach to splash condo. The stairs were hard to do with kids and a wagon! Looking forward to next year!

Snow bird heaven

First class all the way around with the exception of the elevators. One or the other elevators were broken every day of our 37 days there. A couple times both were out of service, but not for long. The condo is updated, plenty of room, tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable, with amazing views. The host Jamie could not have been better, a true pleasure to deal with. If we needed anything, it was addressed immediately and fulfilled to our satisfaction. We have already booked for next year and look forward to our return.

Nice place to stay

Nice condo! There was a mix up with the condo number and the owner was so quick to get it fixed! My understanding is the cleaning is done by SPLASH, it was very clean. The only 2 suggestions I would make is to dust around the vents (no big deal) and clean/oil the track of the sliding glass door. Would book again!
