Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Zustand der Unterkunft und Kommunikation
We were greeted with a carport full of 5 shopping carts and garbage was scattered all over the place. Disgusting! It was left there for 4 days of our stay! Entering the basement suit the first thing you're greeted with is a peg board wall with holes that angles directly into the bathroom! I did find dirty dishes (which you have to wash yourself upon leaving even though you pay a cleaning fee). I found cracked dishes as well. The bed is very uncomfortable and the sofa couch that my kids were to sleep on was damp! When I informed the owners he told me it was soiled on by a child and must not be dry yet after being cleaned. My son couldn't fit on the couch because he is taller that 5' and it was so uncomfortable he couldn't sleep on it so he ended up sleeping on the floor with a stained foamy we found in the closet. We had to go buy a blow up mattress just so he had something to sleep on. My son also didn't fit in the shower!!! These details should be included! We also ended up having to get a locksmith to come and open the door for us the first night we stayed, because the owner failed to include details about the extra lock on the handle of the door to which was accidentally locked. No spare key was even an option. He wouldn't reimburse us either! It was expensive! We were trying to contact the owner for over an hour but the owner doesn't reply for over 24 hours! The app Vrbo doesn't cover anything, so beware! Worst accommodation I've ever had! I have pictures!!!
