Located in the pristine North end of Sandbridge, this tucked-away cottage is privately nestled among the pines, away from the street. You will love the beachy natural landscaping and beautiful gardens decorated with treasures from the sea. The gorgeous fully-equipped kitchen features sparkling granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinets. Two separate wings provide privacy, luxurious comfort, and panoramic ocean views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Wrap-around decks with top-of-the-line furniture make this a joyful experience! Amenities include TVs, high-speed WiFi, a stereo, a Keurig coffee machine, ceiling fans, an outside shower, open porches, and a gas grill. The lower-level bedroom has outside access only. A 65-inch curved HDTV with a soundbar and speakers is in the living room for your listening and viewing enjoyment. Stream movies and music through the living room TV. The main bedroom and south bedroom have 45-inch HD flatscreen TVs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
