Ideally situated between world-class golf, skiing, fishing, and water sports, this updated condo offers prime convenience in a peaceful, meadow setting along Mammoth Creek. This home is located near the Snowcreek Athletic Club which, for a fee, offers amenities such as a pool, trampoline rooms, a full-size gym, a racquetball court, and five summer-only tennis courts.

The gorgeously updated interior boasts an open layout with high-end fixtures and finishes throughout. Anchored by a beautiful gas fireplace, the living area offers plush sofa seating and a Roku smart TV for comfortable, family entertainment. Custom counters and luxe, gourmet appliances are on display in the full kitchen, equipped with everything needed to spark culinary inspiration.

The primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom and the second bedroom features a dedicated desk, perfect for remote working.

Enjoy tree-lined views from the intimate, private deck, equipped with a gas grill for alpine barbecues.

Weekend Away

I took my mom and my two dogs up here for the past couple of nights. This place was perfect! We had a view of a nice little creek in the back. There wasn’t a lot of foot traffic, which was great for my dogs. The condo was adorable and clean! I loved all of the copper accents. I come to Mammoth a lot and this has been my favorite spot so far!

Very comfortable & homey

This was the perfect home for my family for our Christmas stay! It was in a quiet and clean neighborhood with lots of grass for our pups. The home itself had plenty of plateware/glassware and kitchen tools. Bathroom amenities were nice and the washer/dryer was convenient. Beds were comfy & TVs had Roku. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Mostly Harmless

Wanted a quick getaway with my wife and our senior dog. This place was perfect. Drove our Ford Mach-e up from Los Angeles. The river behind the property was brilliant. Only thing was to keep the screen closed because the mosquitoes (July 2024) were ever-present. Our 14-year-old dog loved roaming the property with us and meeting other doggies. Very quiet and peaceful in the evening. All supplies were present and the condo was clean and up to date. Would stay again.

Cute house but…

This house is really cute and is in a beautiful complex. The only reason I rated it a 3 was because it needs some TLC. The walls in the master are not fully painted. Some walls look dirty and a paint touch up would be nice. Kitchen drawer under the coffee maker needs to be cleaned. Sofa looks dirty with stains.

Great condo - terrible management team

The condo is great - updated, well appointed and maintained. Unfortunately Vacasa customer service is a nightmare. I don’t know if you’re just texting with bots or if an actual person is that long-winded yet completely useless. Text and called to get a simple problem fixed and got no nowhere for hours. Finally I repeatedly demanded to speak with a Vacasa supervisor and we slowly made some progress and eventually got the issue resolved. The smart thermostat was pre-programmed to make the condo really hot at night. Too hot to sleep. We just needed the code to reprogram or needed the owners to take off the programmed heat increase. Eventually after repeated calls and texts we got a supervisor to reach out to the owners. Another issue is that the condo is “dog friendly” but the management company says that your dogs can never be left unattended in the condo. So don’t bring your dogs of you plan on going skiing or to a restaurant without them. It’s too bad Vacasa customer service is clearly outsourced and so useless bc this is a really nice condo!

Most likely the only rental in Mammoth we will return to over and over again...

Just returned from this rental and cannot say enough positive things about the whole experience. The beds were comfortable enough (no rental is going to be as comfortable as your own bed), the bathrooms were well appointed with rain showerheads, the washer and dryer were large capacity and pretty new and the kitchen was equipped with excellent appliances that were great if you actually enjoy cooking on vacation! The best part of all was the isolated feel of the location, being an end unit and the entrance on the creek side, which allows you to listen to the creek on the deck while sipping your coffee...and ease if you're bringing a dog. A few things I noticed that may be helpful to both owners and future visitors...the King bed is HIGH (like an available step-stool may be nice if you're not tall), the kitchen is very well-equipped with a Le Creuset dutch oven, a waffle maker, a Kitchenaid stand mixer, a handheld mixer, a Keurig and a number of other useful kitchen appliances that are not typically found in a rental. However, very little basics like oils (we left both vegetable and olive oil bottles that were purchased for our stay)...although most seasonings you would need for basic cooking were already there. We typically visit Mammoth in the Summer or Fall, but if you're visiting in the snowy months, the location could prove more difficult due to the trek from the parking lot to the front door. You can cut through the grass (a foot path has been developed as a shortcut along the side of the unit that is faster to and from the lot, but would not be accessible during snow, so the longer trek with luggage, groceries, etc. would all need to be along the laid path. We've been coming up to Mammoth almost every year for a decade and have not experienced such a nice rental in a very long time, maybe ever. Bravo and thanks for having us!

Wonderful

A wonderful place to stay in Mammoth. Close to the beautiful Snowcreek Meadow trail, loved being able to bring our two dogs. Very comfortable accommodation with very well equipped kitchen. Will definitely stay here again.

A beautiful stay at Snowcreek #625

We just spent 4 nights at this beautiful condo and everything was excellent! The view from the patio is beautiful (mountains, trees, creek running through the property). The condo is spacious with modern upgrades. The kitchen is well-equipped with excellent appliances (we always cook on vacation and have rarely had a kitchen this nice in a rental). There is a nice desk area in the 2nd bedroom if you need to do work. The next-door neighbors are really nice. We felt very fortunate to stay in such a beautiful place, we hope to stay there again soon!
