The second living room has a queen sleeper sofa and a love seat. Settle in for movie night on the 42” TV, or unplug with a selection of board games and puzzles.
KITCHEN & DINING
An open-concept floor plan makes the well-equipped chef’s kitchen a delight to cook in. Stainless steel appliances include a gas range and side-by-side fridge, and there's ample counter space for meal prep.
Choose from three dining areas: the roomy two-person kitchen bar, the six-person breakfast nook, or an elegant dining room for six.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
Your two-story condo sleeps eight guests between the three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the second living area.
Downstairs, the primary suite boasts a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The spa-like master bathroom has two modern sinks and a walk-in rain shower with multiple showerheads.
The second bedroom has a set of twin beds, and the third has a full-size bed. Both guest rooms have a flat-screen TV. The adjacent bathroom is outfitted with a spacious vanity and a tub/shower combination.
A powder room upstairs provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Step outside to the landing to enjoy morning coffee and the fresh alpine air on a quaint bench.
EXTRA AMENITIES
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Limited street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The garage is not accessible to guests.

Walk just 400’ to reach the Town Lift, or drive 6 minutes to Deer Valley; this polished condo is perfectly positioned for winter adventures and summer hikes. The Armstrong Trail is a favorite for treks and mountain biking, and Guardsman Pass Overlook promises majestic views in 5 miles.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
