For year-round fun, drive less than 10 minutes to the slopes at Deer Valley and Park City as well as downtown Park City. Jordanelle State Park is also less than 15 minutes away.
LIVING AREA
Relax after fun-filled days in the mountain-view Great Room, fitted with new furnishings and a gas fireplace. Take in views of three ski resorts: Park City, Deer Valley and Canyons!
The second living area offers an additional lounge area. Watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or partake in a friendly round of foosball.
KITCHEN & DINING
The chef in the group will appreciate the immaculate kitchen, appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and sparkling stone countertops.
When it’s time to dine, gather for meals at the eight-person table. Room for four more can be found at the kitchen bar.
BED & BATH
This three-story townhome sleeps 12 guests in four bedrooms, each of which has a flat-screen TV.
The luxe primary suite presents a king-size bed, a private patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a king-size bed. Two additional bathrooms are each configured with a tub/shower combination.
Sleep soundly in the fourth bedroom, detailed with a king-size bed and a queen-over-queen bunk bed. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

THE LOCATION
Featuring a superior locale for year-round fun, this home is situated 10 minutes from the slopes at both Park City and Deer Valley as well as downtown Park City. Stroll Park City’s historic Main Street and discover unique shops, cafes, and fantastic restaurants.
For days on the water, drive to nearby Jordanelle Lake. Additional attractions include Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, Elkhorn Divide, or Wasatch Mountain State Park.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
