Bitte nehmen Sie unsere Einladung zu unserer schönen 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Treasure Island Resort im schönen Panama City Beach, Florida, an. Unsere Einheit befindet sich im 12. Stock.
Ausgestattet mit schönen Möbeln und komfortablen Kingsize-Memory-Foam-Matratzen in beiden Schlafzimmern. Wir haben eine Jacuzzi-Wanne zum Master-Bad hinzugefügt. Stranded Bambusparkett wurde Oktober 2013 installiert. Edelstahlgeräte hinzugefügt Januar 2015 und neue Sofa und Gartenmöbel im Jahr 2016. Sie werden den Blick von der 12. Etage riesigen Balkon lieben! Der Strandservice (zwei Stühle und ein Sonnenschirm, der täglich vom Strandwärter aufgestellt wird) für 2 ist vom 23. März bis zum 31. Oktober inklusive. Genießen Sie diese geräumige 1370 sq. Fuß 2 Schlafzimmer / 2 Badezimmer Nichtraucher-Einheit. Es bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Erwachsene (MAX) und 2 Kinder (bis zu 6 Personen). Parkgarage angebracht - keine Straßen zu überqueren. 7 Nacht mieten nur Sat- Sat. Wir vermieten nicht langfristig. Absolut NICHTRAUCHER drinnen oder auf dem Balkon und keine Haustiere. Wenn gegen eine dieser Regeln verstoßen wird, werden Sie ohne Rückerstattung des Betrags verwiesen und verlieren Ihre Schadenskaution. Für die Sicherheit haben wir eine Klingelkamera.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein King Size Sealy Posturpedic Memory Foam Matratzen, Doppelseiten Kommoden & Lampen. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein 32 "LCD-Flachbildschirm HDTV w / DVD. Genießen Sie den Blick auf die Costa Smeralda vom Luxus Bett, oder treten Sie auf der übergroßen 9 'x 30' Balkon durch die 8 ft. Glasschiebetüren.

Das Master-Bad verfügt über ein großes Doppelduschkopf mit viel Platz für zwei Personen, Doppelwaschtisch und neuen Whirlpool.

Die ruhigen östlichen Ende der Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach in der Nähe von St. Andrews State Park.

Perfect getaway!!

We have been coming to this resort since the first time it opened. This by far is our favorite condo. Was just perfect. The owners were great to work w. This is coming from a couple thats been staying her 3 to 4 times a yr since 1996!

Real nice place

We enjoyed our stay. The property was just like the picture. No surprises easy access. The elevators were fast, there was no wait time to go up or down. The unit had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious, my wife enjoyed the garden tub. We are looking forward to staying there again.

Reviews don’t lie - This unit delivers

Cleanliness is a huge selling point for me and this condo and building more than delivered on that statement. This unit is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. The layout of the kitchen is perfect and made it feel so open and spacious. The bedding was wonderful. It had the correct amount of towels and wash cloths plus a large washer and dryer for our needs. We have already booked our next stay at this unit. I spoke with other renters at Treasure Island and all the feedback was positive. A few said their units weren’t as clean as some of the other units they had stayed at in this building but mostly they were all positives. Mickey did an amazing job with the beach service. He is so nice and accommodating. There were two couples that had way too much to drink and were very mouthy with the F word that several with small children complained and the next day Mickey moved them to the other end of the beach away from the kids. That is service! There were two teens boys that threw hard plastic containers over the balcony and they shattered all over the place on the pool deck area. The sherif made them come down and clean it up and apologize to all around the pool. Again, exceptional service!!! Jeff and Leatha are amazing to work with and have done an amazing job with their condo. I hope it stays this way as Treasure Island is my new spot and they are my new favorite condo owners.

Amazing Stay

Our stay on the property was a favorite for my family. We stay often at VRBO properties and this one was absolutely amazing. The beds were comfortable and Condo well stocked with everything needed to make a trip to the beach amazing.

Fantastic condo

Beautiful condo located in the quiet east end of Panama city beach. Inside, the condo was spotless upon arrival. Owners are very easy to contact. All the amenities you would ever need are inside the unit. Will be back again in the future and we are considering going to the Butlers Tennessee condo as well for a future vacation.

The condo was better than expected. Everything was clean and setup beautifully. Tastefully decorated with a lot of extras for the beach. The host Leitha sent precise insturctions and checked on us early on to make sure we had everything we needed. She was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely be calling her again! "A Treasure at Treasure Island"

Just spent a fabulous week in #1210 and it was everything the description said it was! The beach is practically at your feet and you can fall asleep every night to the sound of the waves breaking on the shore. The condo is tastefully decorated and the beds are very comfortable.. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby if you prefer to go out. The property manager is responsive to every need and the owner was always very friendly and available. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning!

Five Star stay in the Bulter Condo, 1210, in the Treasure Island Condo Hotel.

My husband and I rented this lovely condo for the week of March 5th. The weather was not the best but the condo saved the day! The porch was spacious, the 12th floor ideal, beach chairs came with the rental, and the reserved parking space was conveniently located close to the building. We were thrilled to find a beautiful State Park that was walking distance or a short car ride away from our well located hotel. We were lucky to discover our favorite restaurant was walking distance from our building called Schooners! Andy's Flour Power was one of our best breakfast places EVER with French toast to die for and a bakery for treats to go. We went to Dat Cajun Place for fun food and live entertainment. Firefly Restaurant was our splurge restaurant and worth it! A Publix Grocery store was close by. I must say the condo was spotless and the cleaning gals the best! I left my sunglasses and they mailed them to me! How kind was that? We checked out Destin and Rosemary Beach but agreed we found the best place for us! Thank you to the Butlers for a wonderful stay! Overall good experience

Pros: -Location of the condo was great (Schooners, ice cream, Sunsenations, Alvin's Island are all walkable) -Layout of the condo worked great for different age groups with the bunk room -Beach Service (when they showed up) -Pool deck was great -Overall cleanliness was good (see cons for further description) -View of the ocean saw lots of dolphins and sting ray from the balcony -covered parking and space is large enough for all vehicle types -beds were comfortable -check-in process was smooth but a bit annoying having to stop and wait in line at a front desk and not go immediately to your vrbo unit. -plenty of luggage carts available -4 elevators allowed for minimal wait times to go up to the 12th floor. -lots of maintenance and house cleaning staff on site at Treasure Island to keep the resort in clean condition. Cons: -we needed to sweep the floor when we entered as there was food crumbs on the floor -the master bathroom smelled like poop (the toilet brush that was left in the bathroom had stale poopy water in the bottom) -the balcony furniture was sticky and could be updated -no cutting board or bottle opener in the unit -all other vrbo units we have stayed at, have provided at least coffee filters and a starter pack of coffee or k-cups. -only roll of toilet paper and paper towel was the existing rolls on the holder. -living furniture was uncomfortable especially the couch -This is a PET FRIENDLY Resort, even though this unit is pet-free! - if you don't mind barking dogs at all hours of the day, you'll be fine. Called security one night because of the constant barking. -the beach is narrow and near public access so lots of people set up in front of the beach service chairs. -constant smell of cigar, cigarette and weed from neighboring balconies. -pool side store/restaurant does not open until the end of March.

Best on the Beach

We have vacationed at Treasure Island many times before, but this was by far the best visit. The room was immaculate!

After looking at many complexes we decided on Treasure Island because of it's spacious units and large balcony with breathtaking views. Since it is built at an angle you can see way down the coastline. The location is great because it is on the quiet end of Thomas drive,close to the best restaurants Panama City has to offer and only a half mile from St. Andrews State Park. We also wanted the parking garage on the beach side of the road so you wouldn't have to walk so far to get to your condo. We would love to have you stay with us!
