New paint, flooring, furniture inside and on the balcony, custom woodwork, custom artwork, and new light fixtures. All you see is comfort and BEACH, BEACH, BEACH!!! Includes two beach chairs and umbrella for the 2025 season and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and fun stay! This condo is perfect for spotting dolphins.

The kitchen is updated with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. Fully stocked with all the small appliances you need, some of the new additions are Keurig/drip coffee combination unit, blender, and toaster. Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. You must be at least 25 to rent this property. There is a $50 secure parking registration fee paid directly to the resort.
