THE SPACE:
Beautifully remodeled, south-facing Desert Falls condo overlooks a sparkling pool and large green belt. The southern Santa Rosa mountains offer a gorgeous backdrop behind the abundant palm trees. Designed with families in mind, this newly renovated home (kitchen, countertop and hardwood floors), is the perfect family escape. Enjoy the sun all day from the back balcony, or lounge by one of the many pools. Grounds include access to a fitness center, pools, tennis courts, and fitness facilities.
We have a folding high-chair and Pack ’n Play available on request. Let us know if you need one and we will have it delivered ahead of check-in.
Guests will have access to the entire home and the driveway to park. There will be no one else on the property, other than the occasional gardener and pool man for the community, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

NEIGHBORHOOD INFO:
You will have complete access to the Desert Falls community in Palm Desert. This well-maintained HOA is short term rental friendly, and is a quiet, clean and family friendly community with many pools to choose from.
Please note, that there are no construction, handymen, or cleaners allowed in the HOA on Sunday to do work. We, therefore, cannot do same-day turns on Sundays, and prefer to not do check-ins on Sundays, in general, to abide by the HOA rules.
The Desert Falls community of Palm Desert is perfect for golf lovers and those looking to be centrally located within the Coachella Valley. Palm Springs is a short drive away, as is La Quinta.
The City of Palm Desert has a moratorium on short-term rentals but allows HOAs to decide if they want to allow rentals. This community is a great representation of a community that has some long-term tenants, renters, as well as shorter-stay guests.
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.
If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full cleaning of the house and a change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable, and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

OPEN AIR HOMES HOUSE RULES
- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

- For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.
- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.
- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.
- All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.
- The AC cannot be set lower that 75 degrees when the outdoor temperature exceeds 100s. If tampering with the HVAC equipment causes any issues which require a service call and/or repairs, this will be billable to your party
- Tampering with pool equipment that causes any issues which require a service call and/or repairs will be billable to your party.
- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.
- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
